FamilyVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5What a fun way to discover Lisbon! 💦 Me and daughter had such a great time on HIPPOtrip. Tomas was fantastic – funny, engaging and full of energy, and Claudio made us feel completely safe behind the wheel (even when our bus decided it wanted to become a boat! 😂). A big thank you to both Tomas and Claudio for making the experience so memorable. Seeing Lisbon from both the streets and the water was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended! 💛🇵🇹BBenjamin L
SoloVerified bookingLast week5/5From the moment I booked my visit to Jerónimos Monastery, the entire experience was wonderful! The app was very user-friendly, and the AI assistance made everything smooth and easy from start to finish. The monastery itself was absolutely breathtaking and exceeded my expectations. It was definitely worth the money, and I truly enjoyed every moment of the experience. I would highly recommend it to my friends and anyone planning to visit Lisbon!CChristian U
CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5Registration was easy, but at the time of payment there was a glitch, as if the payment hadn't gone through. We checked our bank account and nothing indicated a payment. We tried again and succeeded. But then, to our surprise, we received 4 vouchers. So we paid twice. I submitted a complaint, but didn't know how to answer all the questions. I was only able to open everything on the day of the visit.EEva M
SoloVerified bookingLast week5/5Instructions before the visit were detailed and helpful. Arrival 30 minutes ahead if entry-time was perfect. Landmark is outstanding, remarkable artwork in stone, not too many people around, you could always go next to the object or part you wanted to visit. Most impressive for me we're the cloister and the chapter house, what wonderful arches! Mostly recommended for architecture lovers!CCourtney M
CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago4/5The monastery is just stunning - the architecture and celebration of the exploration and the role of the monastery in that past time was really well presented throughout. We went later in the afternoon and it was a lovely temperature and had wonderful light for photos at that time. The line was quite long and disorganised to get in, but it moved relatively quickly in the end.
