It was absolutely amazing worth going to and am so happy i went. The staff were amazing just amazing cant explain well but just amazing next time i come back to London i would do the tour again. The death eathers were amazing to just amazing. Thank you for making those seven amazing movies.

Everything went very smoothly with the bus pick-up, etc. The journeys took a bit longer than I had expected. There is an entertainment system on the bus. That's nice, but unfortunately the picture quality (in the movie section) is really poor. That was a shame. It was also a pity that the movie was only available in English. The studios themselves: really fantastic with all the original sets. Thanks to the special effects and interactive features, the exhibition is very diverse. The café: expensive! Poor quality. Pub-level prices and... well, yeah. They do have a kids' menu, but how anyone can sell a dry mini-bun with a mini-patty that turned out to be burnt is beyond me. Better to bring your own food and just buy drinks. Overall it was great, but we feel that the admission price is a bit too steep. Especially when the food is so bad and also expensive. We had a wonderful day and are very impressed. There were far more real props used than we had imagined.

This tour was very interesting and my 11-year-old son loved it. Downside: the visit was too short—we didn't have time to finish the tour or check out the shop because we had to catch the return bus at a strictly set time.

Great tour, very well organized, but the departure meeting point was poorly indicated (we went to the bus station and then had to run to make it on time).

The outbound transportation was great, easy, and comfortable. The 4 hours for the visit felt like too little time to enjoy the facilities and all the details; in fact, we lost track of time and missed the return bus. It would be helpful to receive an alert in case someone loses track of time and to have the option of alternative transport.
