Great!!! From the reservation until we were dropped off at the Harry Potter studios! In the app everything was detailed, I had a question and they answered me quickly. The guys who took care of us, very nice, were waiting for us at the meeting point in advance!!! Very attentive to us. It has been a wonderful experience, along with the studies!!!! I recommend it 100%

Mathew our guide to the studios was really helpful and very kind. The trip via bus + train is probably the best there is as you can go there and then come back whenever you want. Bus shuttles to Watford Junction every 20mn and trains back to London Euston every 20 mins too. We went to the studios with a private driver the last time, with Golden Tour and you only have 4 hours before he gets you back outside, which can be stressful as the experience itself is minimum 3h and only if you don't check everything. Leaving only less than an hour for a drink or lunch and shopping. Definitely go by train! Now regarding the experience itself, the studios are always magical. The dark arts event is a nice addition to the tour during the Halloween period. Nonetheless, I still found the dementors a bit lacking in the forbidden forest.

Everything was actually quite ok. But in the end it was quite expensive... for the fact that you were "only" there and were then on your own. The return bus transfer was a disaster. We had to wait 80!!! minutes standing in the queue because no more bis came, although there were at least 5 Harry Potter buses in the parking lot. As a vacationer, we would have really preferred to make better use of this time!
