The tour at Universal Studios is good. The organization at Golden Tours is not good. The employee scans tickets and hands out wristbands for the return trip. You get "parked" on the sidewalk. There is no information on when the bus will arrive. Then they call out the first names of the people who booked. Our staff member, "Faruk", had huge trouble pronouncing the names. It was also hard to understand him because cars and taxis were constantly honking. The construction site with a jackhammer was also very disruptive. If you asked, you got snapped at that he had already called the name. Every guest stood right in front of him. He scanned the QR code. Why doesn't he just hand out the tickets while the guests are right there in front of him??? Our bus was 30 minutes late both ways. The Golden Tours staff at King's Cross station and at Universal Studios were very rude. You felt like an errand boy rather than a paying customer! Summary: Universal Studios was great. GoldenTours was shitty!

Absolutely loved the tour but the bus ride from London was so long , I never knew it was that long . Also we were on the last bus which said was dropping us off at the pick up point in Victoria station and the driver drove to Watford which was unbelievable as we had to then proceeded to buy train tickets and my son who has asbergas and was about to have a meltdown with it being late , dark and crowded I also had my 10year old nephew with us . Driver never informed us that Watford was the last stop when entering the bus and his attitude was ntvery professional , which made our experience a bit unpleasant. My mom visited me in London, we both love Harry Potter, so we decided to do the tour and I am so glad we did it was wonderful and we were in awe at the sheer amount of effort that was put into making the Harry Potter movies. Booking through Headout made it all that much better, because the bus transfers too and from London are extremely effortless and easy as appose to most people who have to drive there, or take a series of busses. I am so glad we went and I would say it is also worth the price!

The Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studio tour was an absolute dream come true, and booking through Headout made the entire experience completely stress-free. This Tour through the Warner Brother Studios of Harry Potter were a highlight of my journey. The tickets were fair priced and the Tour Bus was easy accessible through public transport! It is exactly written down how to use and redeem the tickets. Very understandable and easy instructions and very nice working people on the bus and on the tour! I enjoyed it a lot and would do it again!

It was a fantastic tour, we were picked up by bus and were then able to walk through the Harry Potter set for a little over 3 hours. There are options for food, including gluten-free. There were also small performances. Overall, it was a really great experience and the sets were very impressive and informative, you could really immerse yourself in the world.
