It was "dream came true" amazing, tour was really impressive. There was all I dreamed about! First of all real film locations. Grongots bank, Diagon allay, decorations, Hogwards hall, Dragons, you even teleport to Forbidden forest and can fly on a broom! Food was even cheaper tthan I expected and really delicious! Transport was also comfortable. There was only one huuuge problem - location of the bus. When i bought tickets it had to be next to British museum. In the app it showed other location while on email the third one. So i had to come an hour earlier to check which is correct. All in all it was amazing experience!

Everything went really smoothly; we were picked up at the Royal National Hotel. The ride took about 75 minutes; once we arrived, we were given our tickets and had 4 hours to explore. That was plenty of time for us, since we didn’t read all the information boards at some stops, such as the one where the creatures are created. Die-hard Harry Potter fans will certainly need more time and might want to make their own way there.

Perfect—the staff is friendly, and the explanations are clear and thorough. At King’s Cross, you’ll be picked up at the same stop as the hop-on, hop-off buses; they’ll scan your QR code and give you tickets for the return bus ride. Upon arrival at the studios, an attendant will be waiting for you with your admission tickets 🎟 to the studio. The studio is really nice—you’ll definitely need the full three hours.

I loved everything, and they were very punctual—it really made the visit enjoyable. We had more than enough time: the guided tour, and then we could have stayed until the studios closed because the train ticket was open-ended, so we could leave whenever we wanted. Obviously, we didn't wait until closing time because the trains take a few hours to get back from there, but it was great.

I visited the Harry Potter Studios on an organized bus tour, and overall, the experience was positive. Everything ran smoothly and was well-organized: we left and returned on time, with no major issues along the way. However, the cost of the package is quite high, and considering the price, one would expect a less rushed experience. The time spent at the studios—about 4 hours—is actually insufficient, especially for those traveling with children. The visit was very rushed: between wanting to see everything at a leisurely pace, do some shopping in the souvenir shops, stop for a bite to eat or a drink, and even just use the restroom, you end up having to run constantly. I would therefore recommend allowing for more free time inside the studios, so you can fully enjoy the experience without stress. Ultimately, good organization, but the duration of the visit definitely needs improvement.
