We are very happy with everything. We had been planning this trip for a very long time and finally made it happen. The experience was truly unforgettable! The transfer was from Victoria Bus Station, which is very convenient to reach from anywhere in the city. The bus was clean and had no unpleasant smells, which is also very important. The emotions were incredible: everything was very interesting, and being in this atmosphere — the atmosphere of your favorite movie — was simply WOW! On average, you need about 5 hours to see everything and enjoy a relaxed lunch. If you are a Harry Potter fan, you must visit this studio. We are planning to come back again in a few years. Thank you very much!

I’m giving just one star for the pickup and the trip there. The City Wonders staff member arrived at the agreed meeting point nearly 30 minutes late, which caused a rush at the studio and shortened our viewing time as a result. The City Wonders staff member also barely spoke to us or explained anything. The guide, Mason, deserves nothing but praise and comes highly recommended. He was very friendly, enthusiastic, and explained everything very well. Conclusion: A very nice experience, but far too little time to take a closer look at everything. It felt like a mass tour, which you know going in. The price was too high for such a short amount of time.

Our visit was unforgettable. The studio delights visitors with one highlight after another. The numerous rooms are designed with incredible imagination and attention to detail, quickly drawing you into the story behind the films. At many stations, you become part of the film world yourself: you can fly on a broomstick or try your hand at acting on the Hogwarts Express. Our son was particularly impressed by the magical forest, Gringotts Bank, and Quidditch game. Seeing the sparkle in his eyes made this day very special for us as parents.

The tour was very exciting and interesting. It was fascinating to see how a movie is made. Unfortunately, I have to say that the time is very limited. At some stops, you have to expect waiting times and then there's a meal. Four hours isn't enough time to read everything carefully, look at everything properly, and do some shopping. We didn't have time to do any shopping because the bus doesn't wait, which is completely understandable. The staff are very friendly. I would recommend it, but I won't be coming back because the price for two people is a little too much for me. Thank you very much.

It was super exciting, and the tour really is full of magic. It's an unforgettable day. The only thing I would improve is the audio guide, because when you enter the different spaces, it doesn't always sync up, and the people in charge speak very quickly in English. So if there's one thing they could improve, I think it would be that. If you know a little bit of the language, it's enough to not use the audio guide. I used it for about an hour and then took off my headphones. Even if you don't understand 100%, I feel like you enjoy it more that way. It's still spectacular. Hogwarts is open, I want my letter!!!

I was booking this experience last second and Headout popped up first. The payment process was easy, not complicated at all and it was quite fast. The whole service experience was amazing, comfortable ride to the Studio with clear instructions when looking for the bus. The timing of the departure from the Studio was perfect- we had enough time to roam around the Studio and also take a break and try the Butterbear. The staff was very nice, as a customer I felt acknowledged and appreciated. I would most definitely visit the Studio with Headout.

I loved everything, and they were very punctual—it really made the visit enjoyable. We had more than enough time: the guided tour, and then we could have stayed until the studios closed because the train ticket was open-ended, so we could leave whenever we wanted. Obviously, we didn't wait until closing time because the trains take a few hours to get back from there, but it was great.

Honestly, this was one of the best experiences of my trip to London. The transport was easy to find, left on time, and made the whole day feel stress-free.
