Madame Tussauds was such a great experience and the wax figures are honestly impressive because they look so incredibly real. My absolute favorite part was the section dedicated to British serial killers, which is funny because I originally didn't even want to go inside. I was terrified that there would be some kind of jump scare or scary surprise waiting for me. However, a lovely member of the staff promised me that I had nothing to fear and he actually held my hand while he accompanied me through the whole exhibit. It was so kind of him and it turned the scariest part into the best part of the day. If you are a fan of superheroes, the Marvel area is also beautiful and definitely worth seeing. It is a fantastic place to visit and I highly recommend it.

We are very happy with everything. We had been planning this trip for a very long time and finally made it happen. The experience was truly unforgettable! The transfer was from Victoria Bus Station, which is very convenient to reach from anywhere in the city. The bus was clean and had no unpleasant smells, which is also very important. The emotions were incredible: everything was very interesting, and being in this atmosphere — the atmosphere of your favorite movie — was simply WOW! On average, you need about 5 hours to see everything and enjoy a relaxed lunch. If you are a Harry Potter fan, you must visit this studio. We are planning to come back again in a few years. Thank you very much!

Hi, it's the first time I've visited Madame Tussauds, my wife and my 6-month-old son were with me and I have to say that I was really impressed by how realistic the mannequins are, it was all very nice. In addition to this you also visit the times of the past that it was really super. Then you will see Marvel and finally there is a shop where you will find everything and it is impossible to go home empty-handed. I recommend everyone to visit it because it is a fantastic experience but above all full of famous people and the most important of the United Kingdom I would say. Go all to Madame Tussauds and you won't regret it.

Madame Tussauds London is a must-see attraction for anyone who loves pop culture, celebrities, and interactive experiences. I was booking this experience last second and Headout popped up first. The payment process was easy, not complicated at all and it was quite fast. The whole service experience was amazing, comfortable ride to the Studio with clear instructions when looking for the bus. The timing of the departure from the Studio was perfect- we had enough time to roam around the Studio and also take a break and try the Butterbear. The staff was very nice, as a customer I felt acknowledged and appreciated. I would most definitely visit the Studio with Headout.

Some of the dolls were really good lookalikes, others you could see they were fake. The "Chamber of Horrors" was some of the best at MT. Do not understand why people spend alot of money to buy fast track-tickets during winter, we bought regular tickets at 12.45 - was told to come lining in que at 12.30, and so we did - came in at MT exatly at 12.45.
