Perfect organization: a comfortable bus; we departed from Victoria Station, which is very central and easy to reach. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The line to get in moved quickly, and the timing was convenient. The studios are wonderful for H.P. fans, definitely exceeding expectations: sets, costumes, masks, and explanations, special effects, and a thousand other things. The stamp hunt and riddles were fun. The lunch service was very convenient. The return trip was just as well-organized as the outbound one. Highly recommended experience, suitable for all ages.

The studios are definitely worth a visit. The bus ride from Victoria Station is pleasant. The only downside is that there isn't enough time to see the studios in detail. We left from Victoria Station and arrived at the studios at 2:45 p.m., and we had to be back on the bus by 6:20 p.m. Three and a half hours isn’t enough time to see everything properly (and we didn’t even stop for lunch or a drink so we could see the studios). They should extend the time allotted for the studio tour.

Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish! The transport was comfortable and on time, and the studio tour itself felt absolutely magical. Seeing the Great Hall, Diagon Alley, and all the original props made me feel like I was inside the Harry Potter movies. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was unforgettable. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip to London! ✨⚡️

Yesterday
The trip to the Harry Potter Studios was excellent. The staff at the bus station, the bus driver, and the Harry Potter representative who gave us our tickets were all very friendly and pleasant. The price, including transportation, was reasonable; the travel arrangements and the entire trip were hassle-free, and we enjoyed the whole day. I would definitely recommend a trip like this to anyone.

Although I booked the ticket at the very last minute , I was able to get a full experience without any difficulty. The trip was well organized, the staff members were friendly, and I got to enjoy my faviorite movie live from screen. Definately would recommend this to my friends.😘

Everything went like clockwork. It was a good idea to book an early tour; it was still very quiet at 9 a.m. I would book a tour here again. Everything was wonderfully punctual, well-organized, and clearly described. Thanks for the great work.

We were there for our son’s 18th birthday—parents and grandkids—and we were pleasantly surprised by the sheer scale of the massive studios, the incredible details, and the total immersion in the world of Harry Potter; it was a fantastic journey. As for the bus, it’s convenient, though the comfort level is a bit average. As for the meeting point, it’s not very well marked for Victoria—it’s about a 15-minute walk from the station, and the meeting point is inside the building; once you enter, it’s on the left, then follow the signs to the buses. Some comments and explanations at the start of the tour would be nice to get us in the mood. Thanks anyway to our driver and tour guide for their kindness. Ariane

There were 3 difference addresses for the point of meeting, one is written like point of meeting and link was different address, and another address upon clicking on start point. We called at the end and took metro several times to find the right place. We were enough before (half an hour) started to discover the addresses, but if we planned it on time, we'd skip the bus. I also indicated this to the tour guide, but I am not sure which actions they have taken. Secondly, we had tickets and waited for the line, it was not fast track.
