We went on the morning of August 7. The office where we picked up our tickets and waited for transportation is very accessible by both subway and bus; in our case, it was a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and the staff were very kind in guiding us through the process and showing us where we could wait along with the other visitors. The trip was very pleasant; the driver and the tour guide were very friendly and helpful. The 4-hour time frame was more than enough to visit all areas of the studio at a leisurely pace and even stop to rest and grab a bite to eat without having to constantly check the clock for fear of missing the return shuttle. The return service is quite straightforward: you go back to the same spot where the driver dropped you off earlier and take the same bus back to the office. I highly recommend it, especially the first morning tour—it’s well worth the effort of getting up a little earlier. The service was very comfortable, and the studio tour itself was a dream come true.

Everything was really great. The kids had an amazing time and enjoyed every moment. To be honest, I didn’t expect the studio to be this big and detailed — it was truly impressive. The visit to the Harry Potter Studios was fantastic from start to finish. All the information was clearly communicated. The very clean, air-conditioned bus arrived on time at the agreed-upon location, so we were able to leave for the studios without a hitch. When we arrived, someone was waiting with our tickets so we could head straight into the studios. The return trip also went off without a hitch, so we got back to central London in no time. I was later to get to the bus due to train problems but they were good enough to set us up with the next tour and the tour itself was beyond amazing. My only criticism was that I wanted more time to explore, there was so much there worth anyones time it was unreal. Finally the food and customer service the of the highest level. I highly recommend anyone give it a try.

The studio tour was great. We had an amazing time. The only issue we had was the bus pick up point was hardly to find. We first wrongly went to the Victoria coach station, but then we found it was a wrong location. We asked the instruction and it took us to walk for a while and got to the bus station at the end.
