In fact, it only said British Museum without indicating the street or street number. I went to the location a few days before the experience and, not finding any sign for this tour near the entrance of the British Museum, I called Headout and they sent me an email indicating the specific meeting point, which was about 350 meters from the museum entrance. Once this issue was resolved, I must say that, apart from the much higher price inevitably paid through the tour operator instead of the studios (direct tickets were sold out), I liked the place very much... It is truly exciting and very, very well done. However, the planned 4 hours were absolutely not enough because when the 4 hours were up, we were still only halfway through the visit. To be able to visit everything without rushing, you need about 7 hours... Other than that, I really recommend visiting these studios!YYasmin A

Unfortunately, it wasn’t made very clear that the pickup location was 7 minutes away from there. Luckily, we arrived on time. However, no one at the location could tell us where to go, and thankfully I reread the email and found the address written in very small print at the top. With kids, of course, this was a major source of stress. It was only explained via a link in an email, even though the subject line itself said “British Museum.” I’d communicate this differently next time. Since we had two tickets left over and I didn’t have a chance to resell them on the spot, it ended up being an expensive experience for us. The trip there went really smoothly, and the event itself was well worth it. The return transfer was clearly explained, and the pickup location and time were discussed several times.CClaudia W

Studios is worth it even if you’re not a huge Harry Potter fan, but just curious. You’re truly transported into the world of Harry Potter and learn a lot of things you didn’t necessarily know before. You’re right in the middle of it all, can see many parts of the film sets, and even enter some of them, which is great. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The food options are great, too.
