We went on the morning of August 7. The office where we picked up our tickets and waited for transportation is very accessible by both subway and bus; in our case, it was a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and the staff were very kind in guiding us through the process and showing us where we could wait along with the other visitors. The trip was very pleasant; the driver and the tour guide were very friendly and helpful. The 4-hour time frame was more than enough to visit all areas of the studio at a leisurely pace and even stop to rest and grab a bite to eat without having to constantly check the clock for fear of missing the return shuttle. The return service is quite straightforward: you go back to the same spot where the driver dropped you off earlier and take the same bus back to the office. I highly recommend it, especially the first morning tour—it’s well worth the effort of getting up a little earlier. The service was very comfortable, and the studio tour itself was a dream come true.

The visit to the Harry Potter Studios was fantastic from start to finish. All the information was clearly communicated. The very clean, air-conditioned bus arrived on time at the agreed-upon location, so we were able to leave for the studios without a hitch. When we arrived, someone was waiting with our tickets so we could head straight into the studios. The return trip also went off without a hitch, so we got back to central London in no time. I was later to get to the bus due to train problems but they were good enough to set us up with the next tour and the tour itself was beyond amazing. My only criticism was that I wanted more time to explore, there was so much there worth anyones time it was unreal. Finally the food and customer service the of the highest level. We booked tickets that included a transfer from the British Museum. Unfortunately, it wasn’t made very clear that the pickup location was 7 minutes away from there. Luckily, we arrived on time. However, no one at the location could tell us where to go, and thankfully I reread the email and found the address written in very small print at the top. With kids, of course, this was a major source of stress. It was only explained via a link in an email, even though the subject line itself said “British Museum.” I’d communicate this differently next time. Since we had two tickets left over and I didn’t have a chance to resell them on the spot, it ended up being an expensive experience for us. The trip there went really smoothly, and the event itself was well worth it. The return transfer was clearly explained, and the pickup location and time were discussed several times.
