We had a wonderful experience! We booked the Harry Potter Studio Tour with coach transfer from the British Museum, and everything was perfectly organized. The departure point was easy to find, the coach was comfortable and on time, and the whole trip was smooth and stress-free. Everything went smoothly, the bus driver was funny, and the seats on the bus were very comfortable. The directions to the meeting point were great, too—though the bus was parked a few meters away from the actual spot, which was a bit confusing. Other than that, everything was great and we had a lot of fun.

The WB Harry Potter Tour was really well organized and efficient from start to finish. The tour itself was both extremely informative and entertaining, and it gave us some unforgettable moments. There was a lot of information to take in, so we’re planning another tour with the same operator to the WB Harry Potter Experience in the not-too-distant future. We had a great day there.

Today was our daughter’s 16th birthday. So off to London and Harry Potter. Public transportation is really well organized. We took the bus to the meeting point. We used the subway for everything. It was a shame that the screens and charging stations on the bus weren’t working. But when we headed back, we arrived at the meeting point too late. There were no more buses to our destination. We ended up on a bus going to a different destination. That was fine—we saw some other fun things there. We had a really great time in London.

The Studio experience was incredible! However, I feel that the transportation included in the ticket price doesn't give us the chance to explore the studio at our own pace. We had to go through the entire exhibition in one go without a lunch break, and we barely had enough time to finish everything and buy souvenirs so we wouldn’t miss the return transportation. Next time, I’ll buy the tickets directly on the Warner Bros. Studio website so I can arrange my own transportation.

The exact location, the clean, modern bus with good air conditioning (just so you know, check the logo on the front of the bus because there are several buses there that go to other places), and the driver was very professional—plus, he spoke Spanish, which was also appreciated.
