We got to the meeting point and first off couldn't find our guide. We then found out there was no Spanish guide at all, which defeated the entire reason for the tour. One of us couldn't understand anything so she had to stay behind. I decided to try to translate for the others and that was completely unacceptable as I would start to translate and the group moved onward; we missed at least 75% of the tour for that reason. I expect at least a partial refund and will be talking with my credit card company.Antonio

WARNING, you are paying for the guide, the entrance is free and the queue is the same as everyone else. I say this because I thought you paid to enter and skip the queue but no. The guide was very good, the explanations were very good and we liked them very much. Even so the truth is that the guide was very good, the explanations were very good and we liked them a lot. It is true that it is expensive 22 € but without the guide the truth is that the visit would have been very different so we were very happy.
