Lucia, our tour guide, is very good, I would say. Her bluntless and funny remarks makes it more fun and enjoyable! The gondola ride is good for a first timer, although I was expecting the singing portiom, but I guess that needs to be booked differently eh. Our guide Jerome (can't remember his Venetian name), was also very good. I guess tour guides in Venice are better than some of the other Italian guides and we had a few tours!
