The tour & the guides are informative & it's a must see tour if you're in the area. We were picked up quite early from Krakow but you need to be because of the queue's to get in & journey time but from then onwards we we're looked after from start to finish 😁⭐

Very good discovery of the mine. Our French-speaking guide was incredible. Perfect command of the language and a great sense of humor. The discovery of the mine was also surprising. Man is capable of incredible things.

Very good planning. The guided tour was directly related to the main objectives of the concentration camp in Awshiwtz, which was achieved. But, in my humble opinion, it could include some details about those who were persecuted by Nazi. For instance , Jehovah's Witnesses. In the Holocaust memorial museum in Washington DC they received more spotlight by the importance of their act of courage. The German-speaking guide by a very nice lady was very good. The outer course of the tour was also well organized. Unfortunately the departure time was changed the day before from 1100 to 0530 in the morning. That was very early...

My tour through the Schindlers Factory was amazing!! Full of history and our tour guide was full of knowledge and dinamic. My tour with headout company was amazing. No problems at all and they were really sharp on time. Good experience.

Everything went perfectly. There was a schedule change for the departure from Krakow, but we were informed the day before. As I knew it was coming, I hadn't planned anything else for the day. The bus was perfectly on time. The guide on the bus was perfect, and his explanations in English were easy to understand. When we arrived at the site, we met up with a French-speaking guide who took us through the history. Back to Krakow where we were picked up.

The tour of Schindlers Factory is amazing, very interactive and our tour guide Alicja was brilliant. She had so much info and is a fantastic storyteller, she really puts you in their shoes for the walk through from Krakow August 1939 right through to the end of the war and the liberation of the factory. It's absolutely chilling but oh my gosh, such an important part of history that NEEDS to be remembered. I would book with her again whenever possible! The tour of the Jewish ghetto was good, a bit less to see but still very interesting and Alicja was very knowledgeable on lots of topics. She also had photos etc to show that she provided herself and you could tell she loved her job and gave it her all. If you're thinking of booking a tour, definitely book with Headout and if you can request a particular guide, it would have to be her!
