Friendly guide and everything went very smoothly.
The only downside: our visit scheduled for 10am was moved to 3:30pm. This was written into the sales conditions, but it was a real inconvenience given our schedule.

Our guide was great and gave us a 120min tour that really exploited the Polish history, among with schindler's story. If you are in Krakow is a must do!
