My mom visited me in London, we both love Harry Potter, so we decided to do the tour and I am so glad we did it was wonderful and we were in awe at the sheer amount of effort that was put into making the Harry Potter movies. Booking through Headout made it all that much better, because the bus transfers too and from London are extremely effortless and easy as appose to most people who have to drive there, or take a series of busses. I am so glad we went and I would say it is also worth the price!

Coming with Headout was super easy. We arrived at the location and the bus was waiting. Communication could have been better on the bus but that is an issue with the third party not the booking site studio tour was incredible and the bus was waiting for us when we returned at the arranged departure time.

It's was really fun and amazing but I really felt time pressured with the tour I think 4 hours is not enough specially if you want to add other experiences to that like luck or high tea. Thanks

I'm commenting on just the transport element rather than the warner studios. Difficult to find the meeting point as location of Paddington bear was difficult to find on Google maps. Bus had no air con. Had comfortable seating. Missed opportunity to play atmospheric music relating to the tour givenit is a branded harry Potter bus. Instead they played BBC radio 1. Left ten minutes late. Arrived 2.30, met back at bus 6.20. Enough time for our tour. Would use again.

The Harry Potter Warner Bros. Studio tour was an absolute dream come true, and booking through Headout made the entire experience completely stress-free. The coach transfer from London was highly comfortable, arrived right on time, and saved us a lot of travel hassle. Once there, the entry process was smooth and efficient. Seeing the actual sets, intricate costumes, and magical props up close felt incredibly surreal. Walking through the Great Hall and down Diagon Alley truly made me feel like I was inside the films. Everything was perfectly detailed and beautifully preserved. Being able to relax on the ride there and back allowed us to fully enjoy the magical experience without worrying about transportation logistics. The package of services provided by Headout as a whole was excellent- the bus partner company however could try some changes regarding the departing of the Studios as it is not very likely for one to explore the entirety of the Harry Potter experience for the duration of the fixed visit (around 4 hours). Perhaps a possibility of catching the next provided bus or a later one would be a good option included with the package. Of course it is also perfectly fine if people would like to leave early (a matter of personal preference). Thank you.

The Warner Bros tour was outstanding though very crowded with many school groups. Disappointed with the coach transfer, left 1/2 hour late and when we were dropped off, myself and a few other passengers with just "dropped" off with no real idea where we were and we asked where the Golden Tour office on Baker St was but driver had no idea. Very unprofessional and unsafe for unfamiliar visitors.

This Tour through the Warner Brother Studios of Harry Potter were a highlight of my journey. The tickets were fair priced and the Tour Bus was easy accessible through public transport! It is exactly written down how to use and redeem the tickets. Very understandable and easy instructions and very nice working people on the bus and on the tour! I enjoyed it a lot and would do it again!
