The tour was very well organized, with a themed bus ride that included screens in front of the seats where you could interact and watch one of the Harry Potter movies. They weren’t turned on during the trip there, but they were working on the way back, and it was actually fun to play a few games. Unfortunately, since it was an organized tour that included the return trip, we couldn’t stay much later than the scheduled meeting time—which, in my opinion, is a shame because this is a place that should be savored calmly and without rushing. The Warner Bros. Studios experience was absolutely fantastic and a must-do at least once in a lifetime. I recommend buying the audio guide (about £5) to get lots of extra details, fun facts, and translations in your own language for everything you’ll see!

Perfect organization: a comfortable bus; we departed from Victoria Station, which is very central and easy to reach. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. The line to get in moved quickly, and the timing was convenient. The studios are wonderful for H.P. fans, definitely exceeding expectations: sets, costumes, masks, and explanations, special effects, and a thousand other things. The stamp hunt and riddles were fun. The lunch service was very convenient. The return trip was just as well-organized as the outbound one. Highly recommended experience, suitable for all ages.

We had a wonderful time at the Harry Potter Studios; seeing the original sets and learning about the filming process was a real treat. For young and old alike, of course. Here are a few highlights to whet your appetite ;-) A huge dragon welcomes you; you can practice flying on a broomstick; a wand master will teach you the art of fighting the forces of evil; you’ll visit the Forbidden Forest (watch out for the spiders ;) ) You’ll even get a full tour of Hogwarts ;)

The studios are definitely worth a visit. The bus ride from Victoria Station is pleasant. The only downside is that there isn't enough time to see the studios in detail. We left from Victoria Station and arrived at the studios at 2:45 p.m., and we had to be back on the bus by 6:20 p.m. Three and a half hours isn’t enough time to see everything properly (and we didn’t even stop for lunch or a drink so we could see the studios). They should extend the time allotted for the studio tour.

Excellent and efficient organization. Perhaps the exact departure point could have been made clearer (i.e., the gate at Victoria Coach Station should have been specified more clearly). Otherwise, everything was perfect; the bus driver was friendly and funny.

We departed from Kris Cross on the Harry Potter bus; everything was perfectly organized. Clear instructions in the app. Check-in went smoothly, and we left right on time in a modern double-decker electric bus. After a 1.5-hour drive, we arrived at the location, and our tickets were handed out. Then we were given a wristband with the return time. That gave us quite a shock: arrival at the parking lot at 3:11 PM. Departure by bus from the parking lot at 7:15 PM. After waiting in line upon arrival, we started the tour at 3:52 PM. That leaves just under 3 hours for the tour. The ad said it was a 6-hour tour. 3 hours is really way too short. The tour is truly beautiful but impossible to do within the allotted time. Because of this, we couldn’t eat (got on the bus hungry, right at dinnertime). Couldn’t buy any souvenirs because of the long line. Otherwise we’d miss the bus; the kids were very disappointed. Arrived at the bus stop right on time. Got on the bus, and that’s when the disappointment began. This was probably the oldest Harry Potter double-decker in the fleet. Old diesel, and the driver had to keep revving the engine while idling to maintain air pressure. Not very pleasant. To our surprise, the bus didn’t leave at the agreed time. Waiting, waiting, and hungry. Two visitors were still missing, so there was quite a bit of unrest on the bus. The hostess wanted to wait, but not all passengers agreed—time is time. Some people even got off and booked a taxi to catch their flight. After a good half hour, the late mother and her son boarded the bus. The latecomers apologized, saying they had been standing in the long line for souvenirs. Because of this, we left way too late, and we were hungry and had no souvenirs. It was a unique situation; the hostess should have taken decisive action. She didn’t even offer an apology. Due to low air pressure, the bus was sitting very low and hit the high curb with its bumper. The driver got out to check and assess the damage. He stepped on the gas hard so the bus would rise up, and finally he was able to drive. A good 45 minutes later. The bus wasn’t a comfortable ride—it was shaking and swaying. It made you feel sick, though an empty stomach helped. Several people complained to the driver. The Harry Potter movie was playing on the screens, but it kept getting stuck on the start menu with the same intro music. After an hour, it was driving everyone crazy. It wasn’t just us; several other passengers came to complain to the driver. He didn’t have a remote control and couldn’t start the DVD. It just stayed on that annoying start screen. After even more complaints about this, the driver finally unplugged it. No apology from the driver for the poor return trip and the delay. We did complain to the driver, but there’s no tour guide on the bus, so you just have to hope the driver passes the complaints on to HeadOut. Conclusion: the trip there was great, the Studio Tour was wonderful, but it was way too rushed this way; the return trip was a disaster. We paid quite a lot for this adventure (627 euros), and in the end, it wasn’t worth it. We’ll definitely go back again for the kids, but we’ll book transportation and tickets directly. No more Headout for us!!!! Maybe we’ll get some compensation to buy souvenirs with.

There were 3 difference addresses for the point of meeting, one is written like point of meeting and link was different address, and another address upon clicking on start point. We called at the end and took metro several times to find the right place. We were enough before (half an hour) started to discover the addresses, but if we planned it on time, we'd skip the bus. I also indicated this to the tour guide, but I am not sure which actions they have taken. Secondly, we had tickets and waited for the line, it was not fast track.
