The exact location, the clean, modern bus with good air conditioning (just so you know, check the logo on the front of the bus because there are several buses there that go to other places), and the driver was very professional—plus, he spoke Spanish, which was also appreciated. If you take the first departure, you’ll be back in London by 4 p.m. Everything was perfect.

Communication with the tour guide was excellent. Things got a little confusing, though, when we arrived at the studio by bus and our guide stepped away for a moment. At the time, we didn’t realize she had gone to pick up our admission tickets. Once inside the studio, we were divided into two groups. My English isn’t very good, so I was given a translator (a small device)—that was great. The train ride back was a disaster, but that wasn’t the guides’ fault. The information at the studio was impressive!!!!

Today was our daughter’s 16th birthday. So off to London and Harry Potter. Public transportation is really well organized. We took the bus to the meeting point. We used the subway for everything. It was a shame that the screens and charging stations on the bus weren’t working. But when we headed back, we arrived at the meeting point too late. There were no more buses to our destination. We ended up on a bus going to a different destination. That was fine—we saw some other fun things there. We had a really great time in London.

The Studio experience was incredible! However, I feel that the transportation included in the ticket price doesn't give us the chance to explore the studio at our own pace. We had to go through the entire exhibition in one go without a lunch break, and we barely had enough time to finish everything and buy souvenirs so we wouldn’t miss the return transportation. Next time, I’ll buy the tickets directly on the Warner Bros. Studio website so I can arrange my own transportation.
