Initially, I had some difficulty understanding where the meeting point was because it was not well described on the voucher. In fact, it only said British Museum without indicating the street or street number. I went to the location a few days before the experience and, not finding any sign for this tour near the entrance of the British Museum, I called Headout and they sent me an email indicating the specific meeting point, which was about 350 meters from the museum entrance. Once this issue was resolved, I must say that, apart from the much higher price inevitably paid through the tour operator instead of the studios (direct tickets were sold out), I liked the place very much... It is truly exciting and very, very well done. However, the planned 4 hours were absolutely not enough because when the 4 hours were up, we were still only halfway through the visit. To be able to visit everything without rushing, you need about 7 hours... Other than that, I really recommend visiting these studios!

The Headout Harry Potter Studio tour was fantastic. They organised the travel to and from main locations in London, that were easy for us as tourists to find. The Harry Potter studio is incredible and a MUST SEE for all fans. This studio is the studio that the cast filmed on for 10 years and the team at the studio are excellent at explaining what you're looking at and the Audio guide has so much content that you can easily spend over 4 hours going through it all! It's much bigger than you'd expect. The Headout team also sends you a message prior to the event to provide assistance with the tour and also any other questions you have with your London visit. That was a standout service for us as we appreciated the assistance with getting around London and getting tips on where to go and how to get there.

Everything was really well organized. The bus was on time and very comfortable. We even had a little more than four hours there. A visit to Warner Bros. Studios is worth it even if you’re not a huge Harry Potter fan, but just curious. You’re truly transported into the world of Harry Potter and learn a lot of things you didn’t necessarily know before. You’re right in the middle of it all, can see many parts of the film sets, and even enter some of them, which is great. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The food options are great, too. And last but not least, browsing through the shops—there are some awesome items, which, as you’d expect, come at a price. Our verdict (despite initial skepticism): It’s worth it!

We booked the Harry Potter studios tour through Headout with transfer included, and the experience was very good. The departure point was very central, at Victoria Coach Station, and the bus even left ahead of schedule. The journey was very comfortable and the driver was friendly and nice at all times. The studios are incredible and the visit is totally worth it, especially if you are a Harry Potter fan. On the way back, the bus left on time and we arrived within the estimated time, so everything was very well organized in that regard. Overall, a highly recommended experience, both for the studios and for the transfer organization with Headout.

The pickup at the meeting point went smoothly. We took a tour bus almost right up to the entrance of the Harry Potter Tour. After a quick backpack check, we were already in the world of wizards. The exhibition was spectacular, and there was plenty to see and experience. You shouldn’t dawdle, though, since you have to be back at the bus by the agreed-upon time. The bus left right on time again and took us back to where our trip began. A quick announcement before we arrived might have been nice for some people. I definitely recommend it!

The package of services provided by Headout as a whole was excellent- the bus partner company however could try some changes regarding the departing of the Studios as it is not very likely for one to explore the entirety of the Harry Potter experience for the duration of the fixed visit (around 4 hours). Perhaps a possibility of catching the next provided bus or a later one would be a good option included with the package. Of course it is also perfectly fine if people would like to leave early (a matter of personal preference). Thank you.

The Warner Bros tour was outstanding though very crowded with many school groups. Disappointed with the coach transfer, left 1/2 hour late and when we were dropped off, myself and a few other passengers with just "dropped" off with no real idea where we were and we asked where the Golden Tour office on Baker St was but driver had no idea. Very unprofessional and unsafe for unfamiliar visitors.

The City Wonders staff member who got us to the Studio was excellent, as was the outstanding guide we had throughout the day. The whole process was incredibly smooth and an absolute highlight of this trip. Would 100% go again at another time of year to see a different studio theme. Just wonderful.
