This is my first trip to Italy and Venice; before arriving here, I visited Florence and other places like Siena. I’m really amazed by Venice’s culture, and even though it was just a short walk, it felt like a journey back in time to see what the first gondolas were like. I imagine this tradition must be passed down from generation to generation. This tradition must not be lost.

Everything was so special!!! The gondola guy, the ride was just me and my husband, very romantic and every place we went to was beautiful and lovely. I definitely recommend this tour.

Ride was pleasant enough. Gondola driver did not do any narration and spent most of the time on his cell phone chatting. Even just a few comments about the canals we were in, what we were seeing would have added a lot to this trip.

The ride experience included more than I expected. There was a tour of a gondola first, along with a virtual reality experience detailing the history of Venice. Then, the host led us to our godolas. It was very hot, but the gondolier took us through cool waterways with shade and was very experienced. It was worth every penny!

Everything went very smoothly—the starting point was easy to find, and the staff at the reception desk were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The only downside is that you don’t really know what route you’ll be taking, and I found ours to be a bit off the beaten path from the major tourist attractions. Otherwise, cruising through the small canals was absolutely charming.
