Additional information

Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 min before your scheduled start time.

All participants are required to have a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) issued in the 1949 Geneva Convention by an officially authorized organization in their home country in order to drive in Japan. Please make sure to bring your original IDP, your original passport Your domestic driver's license on the day of your activity.

For licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, or Monaco, an official Japanese translation of your driver’s license (JAF) is adequate with your license and passport.

Copies, photos, digital documents or counterfeit (fake/non-official) permits are not accepted.

If you forget either document or bring an invalid permit, you will not be able to join the activity and no refund will be given.

Also, bookings cancelled within 24 hours before your start time are non-refundable.
