Booking through Headout made my Singapore experience super smooth. The confirmation was instant, the mobile voucher scanned easily at entry, and the instructions (timings/where to go) were clear. I saved time by skipping ticket counters and could just enjoy the attraction without worrying about logistics. Would book again. The wonder, awe, and sheer beauty of Gardens by the Bay which includee: Cloud Forest (Jurassic World Experience) + Flower Dome + Supertree Observatory, were the real standouts. We loved every minute of it, and I’d absolutely say it’s a must‑visit in Singapore.

We started with the audio tour, which was great to help orientate ourselves. The flower dome had lovely flower/plant displays- including Japanese cherry blossom trees - and it was airconditioned. The super trees were amazing and the view from the observatory was great (plus you can get a cold drink or ice cream at the top). But the absolute highlight for us was the Cloud Forest. Amazing ! It was also air conditioned and had a massive indoor waterfall plus animatronic dinosaurs from the Jurassic Park exhibition. Loved it !

I bought all my entrances (for my whole family) being in Mexico and the site was trustable, the app works very well, it organizes my activities (per date), and provides me an easy access to my tickets, avoiding to find out in the email or photos. Actually, I made some other experiences through Headout. About the Experience in the Gardens by the Bay was the best selection I did, I could enjoy all the attractions that worthwhile the ticket.

All in diesem Ticket enthaltenen Eintritte haben sich definitiv gelohnt. Wir haben noch den Skywalk separat besucht. Die Aussicht über Gardens by the bay war beeindruckend. Im Cloud Forest war mit so viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet worden. Man konnte in mehren Höhen durch die ganze Kuppel laufen. Der Flower Dome ist nach Themen gegliedert und wird durchgehend von den Mitarbeitern gepflegt. Definitiv empfehlenswert!!

We arrived just after opening on a Sunday. no queues as I had pre purchased digital tickets on line. Not too crowded. I was pleasantly surprised that the temperature in the cloud forest and flower dome was comfortable due to climate control. We paid extra to go on sky walk in super trees. A great experience. Got some fantastic photos a great visit would recommend. Good cafes and refreshments available. Fair prices.

Wasn't a very smooth entry as we were told that the flower dome was closed and if we used our tickets for the cloud forest we couldn't visit the flower dome the next day. Disappointing, the tickets are not valid 24 hrs but just for 1 day. Enjoyed the cloud first but expensive as the flower dome was closed for maintenance. Maybe you should update your ticketing policy for exhibitions closed for maintenance

Smooth entry. Even though there were a lot of people, don't seem too crowded. Perfect for a hot day with the cool air in the domes. Friendly staff. Beautiful and well kept gardens.
