Loved seeing the Botanic Gardens, especially the magnificent orchid displays. Going early helped get ahead of the crowds, but why the Singapore service elected two pairs of seats facing each other, rather than rows of seats in pairs so that everyone can look forward and with headphone connections and sound volume in front of each seat as in other cities (like Dubai) rather than a reach across arrangement is a negative. On the return journey the bus was packed; we were very lucky to get on and avoid a further 30 wait. It was a good idea to supplement the driver with a ticket manager late on your avoid potential conflicts. We will be back again and look forward to completing the red bus route.

It was great, for the most part. I was disappointed though, that it was not made clear that we would also require specific Christmas Wonderland tickets to access the Skytree Observatory, which we did purchase tickets for. To add insult to injury, when trying to purchase said Christmas Wonderland tickets at access point, internet/wifi was inadequate so we needed to go to actual ticket booth. After hanging around Gardens by the Bay for most of the afternoon, waiting for dark to go to Skytree observatory, bundled with the heat, we didn't bother. Put a bad end to what was an otherwise wonderful experience. It was disappointing to say the least.

Would highly recommend! A fantastic day out exploring and experiencing an incredible variety of the world’s natural flora all in one place. The highlight for us was definitely the Jurassic World experience in the Cloud Forest — getting up close to the amazingly lifelike animatronic dinosaurs was unforgettable. The flower dome train display was really entertaining. The Christmas garden was lively and light show quite beautiful. However we thought the ocbc walkway was included in the ticket. Last year it was included in our ticket so it was disappointing this year to be told at the gate that we had to buy new one. It was too late to purchase the ticket so we had to skip and my daughter was really sad! That ruined the experience because we went to garden by the bay twice just to do that walk!

Family favourite was Jurassic World! We were speechless. My kids and elderly mum enjoyed it so much and especially the interaction with baby dinosaurs. So realistic! Every staff member we engaged with at each venue was utmost helpful and kind, always smiling. Supertree had amazing views. We sat and took a moment to enjoy the scenery. Flower dome had some lovely displays on for Christmas. Very beautifully crafted.

This was a wonderful experience with beautiful views both day and night. It does not disappoint. Atop the Supertree Observatory you get a 360 degree view of the city and port. The Cloud Forest was amazing with many types of trees, succulents, and flowers from around the world. The animated dinosaurs from "Jurassic World" exhibit were delightfully for both adults and children.
