St. Paul's Cathedral is beautiful. It is also impressive that church services can be held so easily at the same time as visits. Admission was difficult. We should have printed vouchers with us. We don't have a printer with us on vacation. Why do we also have to print out a digital ticket? We had to send our digital tickets to an email address on site to have them scanned. This meant that the time we saved by booking in advance was null and void. But the staff were very nice.

I didn’t expect St. Paul’s Cathedral to move me this much. I booked my ticket through Headout the night before, and everything worked perfectly no stress, no queues, just a smooth entry into a place that felt alive with history and silence at the same time. I spent almost an hour just sitting and looking up at the dome, thinking how rare it is to find peace in a big city like London. Headout made it all effortless, and that’s what made the moment even more special.

I've been a few months ago but had to leave because of an important phone call . I went today it was fantastic I took a friend the exhibition is beautiful The gallery is spotless thanks to your cleaning partners , the staff are both polite and welcoming highly recommended ! I only have one gripe one of the rooms were out of service which can't be helped but I think the powers to be should have the foresight to reduce the ticket price , that said fantastic

Online tickets with headout made the experience smooth as employees just scan you in and you go down to the event. The experience itself was perfect, each room was timed based on when you go in (you finish the room when the first piece you saw comes back around). The immersive art was amazing where you could actually get involved and moves the pixels up the wall to create the image. And it's an amazing way to experience your favorite artists pieces.

We had high hopes for this exhibition as it looked good in all the advertising, but it exceeded our expectations and was fabulous !!! We'd do it again as we were a little pushed for time in our itinery for the day, but we managed to get around the whole thing in our tight schedule but didn't have time to visit the gift shop at all, plus we would have liked to do some areas twice or dwell in them a bit more

The cathedral was absolutely incredible! The price is 100% worth it. The whole architecture is marvellous, the views from the top are sublime and the staff was so sweet and helpful. The only problems were that they did not let us through without printing our tickets so we had to queue again to get them printed and then again to go in. Then we realised we could have gotten cheaper tickets if we had purchased them at the venue.

No audio guide given so difficult to follow what we should be experiencing and the occasion someone spoiled by totally uncontrolled children jumping and rolling around and blocking the images. Whilst it's good for children to be involved and taught about art, it shouldn't be at the detriment to other viewers. You should have 'adult only' sessions so that those without children can enjoy the experience in a tranquil setting.
