I am glad we had a guide so we could know what we saw during the tour trough the palas. The gardens was lovely but I was a bit dissapointed for the little train that just went putside the gardens.

The guide was correct...a little difficult the language because her mother tongue was not Spanish...so for a moment the visit was monotonous.

WE WERE DELAYED BECAUSE OF THE TRAFFIC AND YOU CONTACTED US TO IDENTIFY A MEETING POINT FOR THE TOUR GROUP SCHEDULED FOR 11.45 ON 20.07.24. FROM THEN ON THE TOUR WAS SUPER SPECTACULAR AND WE LISTENED THROUGH THE EARPHONES TO ALL THE DETAILS EXPLAINED BY THE EFFICIENT GUIDE, WHO I'M SORRY I DIDN'T KEEP HER NAME SO I COULD CONGRATULATE HER.

Unfortunately, we arrived a few minutes late. And had trouble finding our tour. I was looking for the Headout logo and after asking a few groups, I figured out that the guide for Headout was carrying a different flag. We managed to find a group that was just about to go into Versailles, and although it only covered part of what we paid for the guide was nice enough to include us in her tour. Although we allowed plenty of time to arrive the traffic in Paris was terrible due to the Olympics. Better communication from Headout would've helped to make for a smoother experience , the tour itself very good although we ended up paying twice for the garden entrance, it was a very pleasurable day.

It was unclear where to meet up at the start & there was a lack of interest employees in getting us to the right place. Our guide was entertaining & informative. She was quite subjective with her opinions however & we would like to have known more about the Versailles Peace Conference in 1919.
