Nous avons eu une super guide, Myriam. Elle a su nous expliquer l'histoire du château et l'histoire de France avec le souci du détail. Elle a pris le.temps de répondre aux questions. Au top !nous étions un petit groupe ,c'était très agréable !

Loved Julia, she was animated and full of info and delivered it in a informative and easy manner. We did get lost trying to find the Louis 14th statue. Directions said it was to the right of the main entryway. We came by train and entered the parking lot several hundred feet to the left. We thought it was a horse . I suggest saying : meet at the horse and rider statue as you enter the main main parking lot in the middle, DO NOT GO THRU THE ENTRANCE TOWARD THE PALACE.....YOU HAVE GONE TOO FAR , RETURN TO PARKING LOT ....ABOUT 500 feet from entrance. We had a fun day!!

The Palas de Versailles was fantastic. Highly recommend getting there as early as possible and take the full day to explorer. If travelling by train be sure to get the zone 4 ticket as the security deliberately target tourists and the fines are quite steep

Although the agency was not responsible for the bomb threat when trying to enter the tour, as soon as everything was reestablished, the guide was unable to start the tour at the new established time because other members of the group were assigned to her and they were just on their way. For this reason we had to wait a long time standing under the sun and when we managed to enter the palace everything was crowded so the tour was done very fast...

The enchanting Palace of Versailles is one of the most extraordinary achievements in 17th-century European art. Situated just 30 minutes outside Paris, in the village of Versailles, this elaborate complex once thrived as an epicenter of political power for the Kingdom of France.

Today, the Palace, also known as Château de Versailles, contains 700 rooms spread across 800 hectares. Each year, it is estimated that approximately 5 million people visit the Palace of Versailles, and between 8 and 10 million people walk through its gardens.

Begin your visit by exploring the ornate King's State Apartments. Learn about the French monarchy and explore the themed salons and their elaborate ceiling paintings. Next, make your way to the glittering Hall of Mirrors.

After admiring the inside of the Palace, head outdoors and take in the grandeur of the estate’s impressive architecture. Stroll along the cobblestone grounds, through the beautiful French gardens, and pass by the gorgeous Versailles fountains.

For tips on how to navigate the palace, make the most of your time, and choose the best experience, refer to our Palace of Versailles tours and tickets collection.
