Our tour guide Pierre D was an excellent tour guide, and I don't hesitate to say he is probably one of the best we have experienced. He was very friendly, entertaining and did his best to be interactive with everyone in the group. His knowledge of the Versailles Palace was extensive and he made it easy to imagine being in the palace with the "Louis's". After the tour he gave us great advice for walking the palace gardens. Thank you Pierre for helping to make our vacation memorable.

Our guide was very good - the instructions for the meeting point and time were concise. The guide took us to meet a member of staff who issued us with tickets . She explained about the facilities and access. The equipment we were required to use tsp that we could here her while on the tour was excellent and easy to use. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Was great and informative. Note! They started very very punctual / a little early, we almost missed the tour showed up at exactly at 1:30 for the 1:30 tour, and they were already up thru the gate. Build in time if as the trains are spread apart if you miss one like we did.
