What to bring

• Race ticket: A valid Formula 1 Malaysia race ticket is required for concert access, whether purchased separately or as part of a combo.

• Concert voucher: Bring your concert upgrade voucher for wristband redemption.

• Concert access: Your concert upgrade voucher does not grant concert access and must be redeemed for a wristband.

• Wristband collection: Redeem your voucher at the Corporate and Reseller Collection Office at Sama-Sama Hotel, KLIA.

• Collection address: The office is at Jalan CTA 4B, 64000 KLIA, Sepang, Selangor.

• Race ticket: Your Formula 1 Malaysia race ticket is not included with the concert upgrade.

• E-ticket delivery: Your official E-ticket will be delivered no later than 3 days before the event, normally by email.

• Missing E-ticket: If you have not received your E-ticket 3 days before the event, contact the travel partner immediately.

• Event changes: Programs, facilities, services, and off-track activities may change under prevailing safe management measures.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
