Excellent. The guide Thomas, a Brazilian based in Japan, was extremely warm, accessible, smiling and pleasant, he explained us a lot about japanese food and we tasted about 15 differents stuff, fruit honey, barley tea, including a traditionnal lunch made out 12 little bouchees. His level of English is excellent and he speaks very good Japanese. We had a great time with him and did not fail to congratulate him for his generosity.
