The food was delicious and the singer was fantastic. It was a little confusing because the listing said that it came with soft drinks, but I was charged £10 for 2 cokes. The volume inside the boat was a bit too high (the speakers for the audio for singer) and i felt like i could barely hear my spouse. Left with a bit of a headache. The chicken for dinner was cooked absolutely perfectly! All of the food was amazing!

The wine/champagne greeting was an unexpected touch, the food was very good, and we thoroughly enjoyed the singer/entertainment. The overall experience was definitely 5 star.

It was my first Thames Dinner Cruise as celebrated my 65 Birthday. I liked that evening on the ship very much. Especially I loved music and dancing. The meal also was tasty. Thank you very much!

We had a great evening and dinner cruise. Everything from boarding, the trip down the river and back taking in the sights of the city in daylight (outbound) and then in darkness (on return) to the quality of the food, table service and live entertainment was first class.

The food was better than expected, but unfortunately our experience was overshadowed by poor service. When booking, we were able to select our table. Someone was already seated at our table, so we stood in the middle of the boat for about 10 minutes while staff figured out where to seat us. It was very embarrassing. Eventually we were given alternative seats, but we asked to sit near a window at an empty table. We were told it would be £25 extra, and we didn't care about the price. However, after we were seated, we received very poor service compared to the tables around us. We had to ask for additional drinks and for our plates to be cleared. Yet, the servers were very attentive to other tables. We kept having to get the attention of different staff members because our servers ignored us. But when it came time to settle our bill, one of the servers who spent the entire night ignoring us was suddenly very friendly and very helpful.

Attended the dinner cruise with friends for my birthday, it was great fun the food was excellent and we got up and had a good dance too!
