The email you sent told me my booking was confirmed, however the ferry company has informed me they never received a reply from you when they wrote to ask for passenger details and departure date. As a result, my party was not listed on the selected date and not informed that the ferries had been cancelled due to covid restrictions. The first I knew of it was when I arrived at the ferry terminal. Apart from the wasted time and expense of taxis to and from the terminal, we were very disappointed.

Board the ferry from Harbourfront Centre in the morning and make your way towards Marina South Coast, where you can admire the stunning skyline. Along the way, listen to the pre-recorded commentary that offers you a glimpse into the history and fun-facts of the places of interest you pass by. The first stop on the Sindo Ferry is at St John's and Lazarus Islands, for approximately 3 hours. Spend your time here exploring the beaches and lagoons, and treat yourself to a local lunch (at your own expense). You can also go cycling or enjoy a swim. Later, the ferry will proceed to Kusu Island for about an hour. Steeped in folklore and myth, the island is also known for the swimming lagoons and beaches that are only a skip and a hop away.

Important Information

Upon successful purchase, please make a reservation 2 days in advance via travel@sindoferry.com.sg by attaching the info given below for all passengers. The tour operator will then reply with confirmation and e-boarding pass.
Details required in the email: Name as in NRIC/Passport, last 3 digits with the alphabet of NRIC/permit number (eg. 123A), Gender (male/female), email address, mobile number, preferred departure date, GlobalTix Confirmation Code (starts with GTxxxx).
All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding
Your body temperature will be checked before boarding. If you are unwell, you will have to reschedule your trip
Eating and drinking inside the ferry is strictly prohibited
This ferry is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
You are allowed to bring food and drinks to picnic at St. John and Kusu islands
Harbourfront Centre has more parking, and lots and more eateries available before and after the journey

10:15 AM: Arrive at St John's Island

1:45 PM: Depart from St John's Island
2:30 PM: Arrive at Kusu Island
