The show is wonderful! Fantastic sets and superlative actors.
We had seats in the Intermediate Mezzanine area and you could see very well.
The theater is beautiful, it looks like a wedding favor.
Highly recommended experience!

Good price and good service. Thebthing for improvement was the time to provide the tickets. Tickets were send 2 hours prior to the show upon request. Fortunately the communication through the chat was easy and quick.

The show itself was amazing (Lion King), but the crowd dampened the experience alot. There were many kids under 5 around our seats and their constant talking, crying, eating, asking and playing distracted us from the show and almost ruined the whole experience. There were also many adults that were talking and taking photos with flash during the show, which was also disappointing. But the show and music was still amazing, but I wouldn't see it again, unless Broadway changes their policy surrounding children and are stricter with rules regarding filming the show.

It was my first Broadway experience and it was absolutely awesome! 🤩
The costumes, the stage, the voices of the actors. Everything just perfect!
The theatre staff was very kind and helpful for finding our seats.

I've used Headout a few times and it has been reliable. I think the service charge is high but so is the charge on other ticket services. It would cost more to get to NY an buy the tickets at the boxoffice.
