Our guide explained the studio tour with so much heart and passion that it definitely turned into an unforgettable experience. Choosing a small-group guided tour was the best decision we could have made. We learned so much background information. Afterward, we were able to stay in the studios a little longer, so we took an extra walk around to see everything we’d missed during the tour or wanted to see again. An absolutely fantastic experience and highly recommended. The train ride and the tour guide were also very positive and attentive. All in all, a thoroughly successful and unforgettable day. Communication with the tour guide was excellent. Things got a little confusing, though, when we arrived at the studio by bus and our guide stepped away for a moment. At the time, we didn’t realize she had gone to pick up our admission tickets. Once inside the studio, we were divided into two groups. My English isn’t very good, so I was given a translator (a small device)—that was great. The train ride back was a disaster, but that wasn’t the guides’ fault. The information at the studio was impressive!!!!

I loved everything, and they were very punctual—it really made the visit enjoyable. We had more than enough time: the guided tour, and then we could have stayed until the studios closed because the train ticket was open-ended, so we could leave whenever we wanted. Obviously, we didn't wait until closing time because the trains take a few hours to get back from there, but it was great.

Honestly, this was one of the best experiences of my trip to London. The transport was easy to find, left on time, and made the whole day feel stress-free. The studio tour itself was amazing — seeing the real sets, props, and costumes felt surreal as a Harry Potter fan. My favorite part was walking through Diagon Alley and seeing how much detail went into everything. We also had enough time to explore without feeling rushed. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone visiting London.

I’m giving just one star for the pickup and the trip there. The City Wonders staff member arrived at the agreed meeting point nearly 30 minutes late, which caused a rush at the studio and shortened our viewing time as a result. The City Wonders staff member also barely spoke to us or explained anything. The guide, Mason, deserves nothing but praise and comes highly recommended. He was very friendly, enthusiastic, and explained everything very well. Conclusion: A very nice experience, but far too little time to take a closer look at everything. It felt like a mass tour, which you know going in. The price was too high for such a short amount of time.
