Easy to book. A lot of people, but that's to be expected...the checks are quick and the shuttle service is well organised to connect the 2 islands. The 2 museums (Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island) are very well done. I particularly recommend the audio guide for the visit to Ellis Island. It's a must-see that we don't regret.

They accepted me to enter despite the agreed time (2 hours later), given the flight delay I had. What I did not like were the queues...everything is a queue, I think it could be more efficient, having technology at hand or the space for the queues at the boarding area could be roofed. After that, everything was as expected.

The Museum of 'emigration is of definite interest Also good is the film. Less good is the audio guide commentary that sometimes trivializes the theme with superficial comments. A bit complicated receiving tickets after payment. Your app confuses between new offerings and the excursion already paid for.
