Seville Guadalquivir River Sightseeing Cruise

Without a doubt, taking this sightseeing cruise on the Guadalquivir River in Seville was one of the best experiences of our trip. From the very beginning, the service from the crew on board was excellent—they were very friendly and attentive to every detail. The tour offers a completely different and wonderful perspective of the city. Seeing such iconic landmarks as the Torre del Oro, the historic bridges, and the illuminated riverbanks from the water while cruising in complete tranquility is priceless. Plus, the boat is very comfortable, with both covered and open-air areas, and the audio guide system lets you learn fascinating facts about Seville’s history as you make your way along the route. I highly recommend this activity for couples, families, or groups of friends who want to relax for a while and enjoy unforgettable views. I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

A nice way to check out the city from a different angle, and having some tapas and drinks along the way made it better. Worth doing

It was nics to be on the river but for most of it just left alone and it was windy drinks spilled, people were holding their empty glasses for awhile. The guide was quite good but with noise and accent was difficult to understand. So weather ruined it a bit tapas was nice beer small and not good. Otherwise pretty good been on better in other cities in europe.

Seeing Seville on a scorching day can wear you out, but this cruise on the Guadalquivir turned out to be a solid pick. Getting on board was fast and organized. Once aboard, dealing with the heat is handled well: with the covered deck and the air-conditioned indoor area, you ride in comfort. The crew came across as friendly, polite, and helpful. The food side was also quite nice: the tapas were tasty and the drinks were cold and refreshing. The first round was part of the ticket price, with the option to grab more drinks onboard if you wanted. Running over an hour and a half, it's just right for relaxing without feeling rushed. From the water, you get a great view of the city's famous landmarks, like the Torre del Oro, the Puente de Triana, the Plaza de Toros, and the Triana district. I also liked the guide's commentary near the end of the tour, which helped make sense of what we'd just seen. All in all, the cruise earns its ticket price. It's a nice, relaxing experience I'd recommend to any visitor.
