For my husband’s birthday, I bought and downloaded tickets through Headout. Since it was supposed to be a surprise—and I had to do it on the sly—that worked out perfectly. When we arrived at Efteling, I didn’t have to search for the tickets—as you often have to do with emails—but could simply open the app and have them scanned. The shuttle bus dropped us just on the right time. We were able to make it to almost all the rides. Had a memorable time with my family! This was indeed very rewarding and perhaps the best decesion we have made by choosing Headout !! The return journey was also an experience !! Thanks Headout Team !!

I never actually received my tickets, even though I paid for them. I couldn’t download the app because my phone doesn’t run iOS 18. I immediately requested a refund through my bank’s payment request feature, but I keep getting referred back to Efteling itself. They can’t do anything for me. So you have unused tickets on hand, and I’d like my money back!
