The guide was really knowledgeable and I am convinced she's earned her fees. But unfortunately for clarity, it was not a skip-the-line ticket. There's no ticket needed or fee to enter the cathedral. You just line up early before they open. Had I known there's no entrance and booking needed, I would've just gone by myself and did my own search. I didn't think spending on the experience was necessary.

Guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Tour ended up being an hour and a half. Not upset since we got good value for our money but it did not make much sense that a 30 minute express tour was advertised for 9:30am when they don't even let people into the cathedral until 10:15.

Booked for 11.30 suddenly changed to 12.30 - very inconvenient but we'd paid so stuck! Excellent your guide but like most we assumed ticket included fast entry. Didn't expect long queue to get in!!!
