Main entrance
The main entrance is by Thomas Land and leads to Fairfield car park, including disabled parking, and Longwood car park. This is the default arrival point for general visitors and families planning to start in Thomas Land. Wheelchair hire is available here on a first-come, first-served basis.
Entrance 2
Entrance 2 is at the end of the lake and leads to the Leys and coach parks. It is the documented arrival point for coach or group visitors and for guests parking on that side of the resort.
Lockers
Lockers are located behind Neptune's Arcade in the center of the park.
Prayer room
A multi-faith area is located near the zoo entrance.
Toilets
Toilets are available, and baby changing facilities are in all toilet blocks.
Baby nursing rooms
Baby feeding areas are available in Thomas Land, at the Safari toilets next to Safari Pizza and Pasta, and at Italiano.
Paid parking
Paid parking is available. Online prepay costs £9.90, or £11.90 on the day.
Information desk
Guest Services is opposite the Bounty Pirate Ship near the lake and handles Fast Pass collection, Easy Access wristbands, and lost-child support.
Wheelchair available
Wheelchairs are available at the main entrance on a first-come, first-served basis for £10, with a £10 cash deposit.
Mobility vehicles
Mobility scooters are available at the main entrance on a first-come, first-served basis for £25.
Wheelchair accessible
Ride access varies by attraction. Some rides offer wheelchair route access, while others require stairs, transfers, or specific physical capability. Disabled toilets are available at every toilet block, and an adult changing facility with a changing bed and hoist is in the medical center behind first aid; guests must bring their own sling.
Smoking
Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking zones. Smoking is not permitted in queue lines, and Thomas Land is entirely non-smoking.
Service animals
Service dogs are not allowed in ride queues or within the zoo.
