Dolphin Island: Dolphin Observer Tickets

• Dolphin Island welcomes you with open flaps to come meet, greet, learn about, and fall in love with Indo-Pacific dolphins from a safe, dry distance.

• Learn all about these clever creatures from marine mammal specialists, from what they eat to their little quirks, and everything in between.

• Keep your distance from the waters, and stay comfortably dry, while accompanying those participating in the other, more interactive programs.

• Btw, the fascinating marine life at S.E.A. Aquarium and the thrilling rides and slides at Adventure Cove would love to say hi too. Choose to add either.

• Fun fact: Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphins each have a unique whistle, like a name, to stay in touch with their friends.

These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

What's not allowed

• The following items are not allowed in Dolphin Island: handphones, wallets, jewelry, and other accessories. Small lockers are provided.

• Strictly no outside food or beverages permitted.

• No photography and videography. Official photographers are provided during the program.

Accessibility

• Most S.E.A. Aquarium areas are accessible by wheelchair. Ocean Dome can be accessed by the lift located along the back of the Ocean Gallery.

• The back-of-house area is not accessible for those using wheelchairs, prams/strollers, or crutches.

Additional information

• The Dolphin Observer program is exclusively reserved for guests with friends & family participating in the Dolphin Discovery or Encounter Programs.

• A parent or guardian (21 years old and above) must be present to authorize the participation of those below the age of 21 years old.

• To ensure an enjoyable experience, the group size will be kept small. Guests who come in a large group may be split into separate groups.

• Park operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.

• All programs depend on weather and are subject to change.

• A paying adult must always accompany children under the height of 122 centimeters.

• Paid lockers are available throughout Adventure Cove.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Please display your mobile voucher along with a valid photo ID at the attraction.

• Please arrive at the attraction 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
