The adventure cove was amazing as always great rides great wave pool but the experience of being able to spend time with dolphins is unbelievable. It was one of the coolest things I have ever done.

Easy entry , had a brilliant day here so much to do on site, loved the snorkeling with the fish and our daughter loved the wave rider, only disappointment the lazy river has no current flowing so you have to paddle or walk

Lifetime experience in the water, next to it and in conversation with the trainer. However, I would like the handling of the photo package to be much more transparent. So for others: Ask for prices and package contents before looking through your stunning photos. ;-)

I especially enjoyed the dolphin experience, but the prices for pictures are ridiculously expensive. There should be at least one complimentary picture included in the package. I was aghast at the price I paid for only two pictures.

Please be aware that headout is a complete disaster. Although it is easy to buy the tickets, redeeming headout confirmations at the venue is chaotic. It tool over half and hour of fiddling and downloading apps and reading the fine print. None of it was made clear by headout before arrival at the venue. That godness the people at Oceanarium were so nice and helpful. They agreed that headout is the most difficult and frustrating ticket agency to deal with. The experiance was amazing but the ticketing was not.

Dolphin Encounter is your one-off opportunity to interact super closely with the highly intelligent and playful dolphins without getting into the water. Pet and adore them while experts share fascinating insights about their diet, anatomy, and complex social structures.

Choose between two amazing spots right next to Dolphin Island: Adventure Cove Water Park and S.E.A. Aquarium. The former brings you heart-pumping rides like the Riptide Rocket, Southeast Asia's first hydromagnetic coaster. It also houses the Rainbow Reef, where you can snorkel amidst a stunning man-made habitat teeming with over 20,000 tropical fish.

For a more immersive educational experience, dive into the S.E.A. Aquarium, home to more than 100,000 marine animals across 1,000+ species in 45 breathtaking habitats. Watch majestic manta rays glide through the water, say wow as you take in the goliath grouper's sheer size, and witness the dazzling display of countless fish. The Open Ocean Habitat is a highlight, featuring a massive viewing panel that immerses you in the ocean floor surrounded by diverse marine life.

Participants should carry swimwear and a change of clothes.

What's not allowed

Jewelry and other accessories are not permitted during the dolphin experiences.

Photography and videography are not allowed, but an official photographer will be available onsite to capture the experience.

Accessibility

The dolphin experiences are suitable for non-swimmers.

Additional information

The Dolphin Observer program is exclusively reserved for guests with friends and family participating in the Dolphin Discovery or Encounter Programs.

Small lockers will be provided, while larger lockers are chargeable.

Children under 4 years can participate when accompanied by a paying adult.

A paying adult above 21 years must accompany children under 13 years.

For Adventure Cove Water Park & S.E.A. Aquarium

The S.E.A. Aquarium will close earlier than usual on Sep 9, 2024, at 2pm due to a private event.

No outside food and beverages are allowed within Adventure Cove Waterpark, S.E.A. Aquarium, and Dolphin Island, except Baby food, formulas, and food for guests with special dietary requirements.

Most S.E.A. Aquarium areas are accessible by wheelchair. Ocean Dome can be accessed by the lift located along the back of the Ocean Gallery.

Paying adults must accompany children under the height of 122cm at all times in Adventure Cove Water Park.
