Santa’s loyal herd of reindeer has gathered to be fed and petted by you. Join this guided tour to pamper them and get a chance to spot the Northern lights!

Arrive at the base camp located a 45-minute drive from Tromso with hassle-free transfers and spot the Lyngen Alps on your way.

You’ll be led into the magic by your Sami guide who’ll first orient you to the Sami culture linked with reindeer and how to approach them safely.

Meet a herd of 200 reindeer at the camp’s enclosure to feed them treats by hand as you pet and befriend them. Keep an eye out for the dancing lights above!

Settle in the coziness of a Sami tent or house as your guide shares folklore and jokes over a traditional bowl of Biddos and warm drinks.

Fun fact: The oldest known aurora sighting dates back to 2600 BC with some cave paintings from the period depicting them.
