Friendly crew, immaculate views of the nature. Unfortunately we only saw a spermwhale but the cruise was still worth it. Raul made sure to try his hardest to make sure everyone knew when to go outside on deck and where to look whether it's for the whale, the sunset or the mountains and always had a joke at hand and Lorenzo was very caring towards people who felt seasick. Saw the northern lights towards the end of our journey after the sun had set. If I ever come back I'd love to book this trip again, maybe I'll get more lucky seeing whales next time.

Our fantastic guide Mario gave us plenty of interesting and humorous facts about whales, helped point out where they are, which led to us seeing an amazing show of Orcas and Humpback whales right next to the ship. Not only that, but right before disembarking Mario pointed out that we should be able to see the Northern Lights, which we got to enjoy just a few minutes after leaving the dock. As for other things - chairs are comfortable, you can get hot water to make some noodles, we were very comfortable!

Actually we didn't take a cruise after all because the whales had already left the area, but we were pleasently supprised how the booking was handled. Early information about the status of our booked trip, regarding whales in the area. After it was clear that the whales had left, we were automatically switched to a simple fjord cruise with the option for a full refund. The refund was then quickly executed and easy. We would try our luck with the whales again with this company.

The crew was amazing! They gave a lot of information and took the time to talk to participants and answer questions. We could sit nice and warm and take some refreshments. As soon as there were orcas and humpback whales in view they carefully approached to not scare away and disturb the animals. They gave us a lot of time to watch the whale's and turned the boat so everyone had the chance to see them properly. The crew was relaxed and friendly. Just an amazing experience!

There were no disappointments during this sea trip. The weather was on our side, and the guides were helpful, welcoming, and dedicated. The meeting point with the animals allowed us to see the Norwegian coast at sunrise, and we were lucky enough to enjoy the sight of several groups of orcas and whales! One of the best tours we've done in Tromsø. The boat trip is incredible because you get to see the spectacular fjords, and if the weather is good, as it was in our case, it's even more incredible. The boat was well prepared for the day and offered views from both inside and outside. We saw few whales because the season was coming to an end, but the landscapes more than made up for it. Highly recommended!!!

I would have liked to see more information about the whales, fjords, etc. There were screens that only showed safety instructions. They could have shown a documentary, for example. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see any whales. We specifically chose this ship so we could travel faster and further. Of course, there is no guarantee, but since it was the end of the season, we were not offered an additional trip or price reduction as advertised. I also found it interesting that, according to the website, bringing your own food is not allowed, but it seems to be allowed after all? Be sure to arrive half an hour early to get a window seat, although these were covered in snow and fogged up. The seats are comfortable. The staff are very friendly. However, I would book a different tour next time.
