We celebrated our third wedding anniversary on the boat. This was the first- time experience for both of us. We were greeted warmly by all the employees as we boarded. The only issue I had was thinking that the electronic tickets were sufficient to board the boat. It would have been helpful to know that we still had to go to the ticket kiosk so we could get physical tickets to board. The website could have had a message (like a banner) to let you know to go to the kiosk to get physical tickets. Perhaps, some step-by-step instructions after you purchase your on-line tickets. Once we boarded the host seated us at our table. She was very friendly and asked if we had been on it before and whether we were celebrating any special occasion. It would've been nice if she asked if we wanted a window table. Later we saw other people relocate from an interior table to one next to the window. Later one of the DJs came to the table and asked us if we were celebrating and if we wanted a shoutout from the DJ. Overall, we had a wonderful first experience and would love to return.

Unfortunately we weren't able to make the trip this time. We've done a dinner cruise in the past. I'm sure it was great for those that did make it. I gave a review because of our last venture with you. My wife's mother passed away and this was her first mother's day without her. That's why we didn't make the trip.

The vibe was so chill and romantic for a birthday dinner. The food came out fresh and at a timely manner considering it was a 3 course meal. The dj played music for everyone to enjoy. The staff was very friendly and polite. The bartender had them drinks on point

Great experience! Me and my girls had a good time. Our server Lauren was so nice, the entire crew were awesome.. oh .. and my most favorite part was a photo with the captain . will definitely reccomend to family and friends and be back!

It certainly was really nice experience but I do think that for the quality and amount of food the cruise is a little Expensive and should be alot more selection for people who have allergies to certain foods other than that very nice

As a first-time visitor to Chicago, the Odyssey Dinner Cruise on Lake Michigan was truly one of the highlights of my trip. From the moment I boarded, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Every crew member was welcoming, attentive, and committed to making sure guests had an enjoyable experience. The food was absolutely delicious. Each course was well-prepared, flavorful, and exceeded my expectations for dining on a cruise. The service throughout the evening was excellent, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and taken care of. The views were simply breathtaking. Watching the Chicago skyline light up at sunset while cruising on Lake Michigan created memories I will never forget.
