Without a doubt, one of my best experiences. I would take this cruise again and again. We were absolutely delighted—they even wished my sister a happy birthday over the PA system. They made us feel so special. The food was delicious, and we could eat as much as we wanted of everything included, right down to dessert. We don’t speak English, but the staff did their best to make sure we understood everything. They even took a souvenir photo of us—I loved it ❤️ If you visit the area, taking this cruise is the best thing you can do ❤️❤️

The food was amazing , the staff was amazing and the dj kept a lot of different songs in rotation for all age groups. This was definitely a great way for me to spend my birthday. Big shout out to "lexi" I believe she was very helpful. My only complaint is the cruise was very cold , so bring a jacket. I know we were on the water but it was a lot my cold than I expected. Gret food and vibe for great price.

This was our first time going. We celebrated my Wife's birthday. Adam was our server this night and had provided the best service we have ever had. The music was excellent. Shout out the the DJ. The crew was very informative, helpful, and polite. The food went beyond my expectations. I cannot put into words how amazing the whole experience was. 100/10.

Well, I enjoyed about the cruise was the hospitality the food, the staff and the manager Ramsey. Ramsey was very nice and make sure if we needed anything to let him know. The ride was wonderful and the men waiters were nice and kind and helpful

The ambiance, John the DJ, everyone and all the staff was wonderful. The food was amazing, the views were spectacular and the ship was clean. I gave it 4 stars ONLY because we ran out of food on the hot buffet, went back to get a second helping and they had already pulled the food and our drinks were flat. I had to keep telling the bartender and the server that are drinks were not up to par and we were charged for drinks that we shouldn't have been. Everyone was up dancing, we felt safe. Had a blast. I'll definitely be cruising again though. This was our 2nd cruise experience.

The views of the city were amazing. And the food was really very good. However we had a very hard time finding our boat. We asked the person boarding a large prom group and all he said when we showed our tickets was that they weren't for that boat. Several other people were also looking for the boat. After walking up and down Navy Pier for almost 30 minutes, we finally found that a second boat had come, but much later than the time we were told to be there. It was confusing and discouraging.
