The ticketing was easy...... the tour itself used the same stories as 4-5 years ago..... we have taken it now with friends and family quite a few times. The ride was good. On our return from Grenwich the tour guide had the volume up incredibly high in the bottom part of the boat.... we mentioned it to the bar staff..... like very high and we give him a 10/10 for enthusiam but he was very difficult to understand with his accent for us. We are older and do not have "apps" on your phone so maybe? ear phones for the public that you can hand out like at the galleries? just a thought

Very good commentary given. Unfortunately the whole trip from Westminster to Greenwich (and back) took much longer than expected - the process of berthing, disembarking and embarking passengers at each stop was very slow.

Entertaining and informative guides, great scenery, very helpful and friendly ticket office staff. Plenty of space on the boats and all running to time. We'd have loved it even if the weather hadn't been fantastic.
