The logistics were good on Mount Vesuvius, in Herculaneum we were left in the middle of a street with no instructions on how to enter the site and only a driver who spoke only Italian.

Transportation between the locations was great. Buses were on time and easy to locate. From what I could see, there was only a guide at Mt Vesuvius. For the other 2 stops, one I never found a guide and the other was a recorded audio guide. But overall I saw a lot and was glad not to have to figure out logistics between spots with no car. Would book again.

I highly recommend it! You travel quiet and comfortable from Naples to Vesuvius, you climb the volcano, they give you 1.30 hours that gives you good time to rest and take pictures. Then to Herculaneum, a marvel, 2 hours at this site. And from there to Pompeii, the star of the day, which is simply spectacular. The return to Naples was very quiet. No need to worry about NASA, everything is very well organized and they are very punctual.
