Everyone was having a great time. Food was good and the waiting staff friendly and attentive. Lovely views of the river and the city lights at night.

I believe I booked a window table, but on arrival this was not the case apparantly, I was happy to pay the extra money on the night, as there were spare tables but could not do this, I asked if we could postpone 24hours to then have a window table but staff were not interested, and I could not receive a refund. If it was not for the cost of the experience we would have walked off, but stayed on and made the most of the evening. Check what your booking if using this service,

Great Service from waiting staff. Great show of both music, singing and dancing. Food was delicious. The 2 tours of the river, once in the light and once under night time lighting was beautifully timed and executed. fun involvement without the embarrassement of having to participate if we didn't want to. Great value, but glad we didn't pay extra to sit by the window or have fully inclusive drink.... the standard ticket plus purchasing our own wine was brilliant. the complimentatry glass of champagne was a lovely touch, and set the evening off really well. Thank you.

The cruise and entertainment was good. The food was average but the brownie desert was marginal at best. I dont know why we stopped and docked for 15 minutes during the cruise other than to pickup the dancers, which took only a few minutes. We returned a little early but wouldn't let anyone off until they rushed around and collected their money for drinks. We were all left standing at the exit for 10 minutes.

A pleasant evening, satisfactory food. Entertainment was good, although the 'operetta' side was a little sparse. The performers worked really hard. Should mention the leader and the hammer dulcimer player - both excellent. A worthwhile evening and a quite reasonable cost. BUT 'All Drinks' should be what it says without exception!
