A truly atmospheric and relaxing experience: the cruise allows one to see many of the city's major points of interest, which are even more fascinating in the evening, illuminated. The boat was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Only advice: it pays to arrive early, because the turnout is high and you may end up at the back of the line, with the possibility of having to sit inside instead of on the outside deck. Attention must also be paid to some sneaky people trying to jump the queue. The audio guide app, which is useful for following explanations during the tour, would need some improvement. Overall, however, it is a wonderful experience that I recommend to anyone visiting Budapest.

The cruise was very interesting but I did not feel there was much staff available for directions. For example, we had booked an audio guide but no one was there to give us directions on what to do to download it. Fortunately there were two Italian guys present, certainly more digitally savvy than us, who helped us download it. In short, perhaps the customer should be more pampered and taken care of. True, the cost was not high but that is not why the customer should be left to his fate. However, it was a nice cruise for what was seen. Budapest is indeed a beautiful city.

We particularly liked the audio guide, which had to be downloaded as an app. This plays the relevant sequences according to GPS localization. Unfortunately, there was no indication at the beginning, only in the e-mail, so that 95% of the guests apparently did not use it. It was also a shame that the guests who had a welcome drink were allowed onto the boat first, although some of them arrived much later. This meant that all the seats at the top of the boat were already occupied. But in itself recommendable 😊

    You have to leave 1 hour before if you want to get on top of the boat because otherwise you run out of room and you have to go downstairs, which is very hot because the air conditioning is very strong.we went without a stroller because it said so in the instructions at the entrance and when we arrived everyone was with their strollers, even people with wheelchairs. The boat broke down, after 1 hour waiting in line and they gave you the option of refunding your money or relocating you. We had more days and were able to reschedule, but some people missed it. The next day we obviously took our trolley, there are some stairs to get on the boat but you can take it perfectly.

    Headout did a fantastic job in communicating with me regularly about the upcoming tour and providing important information. The tour representatives were on time and did a great job getting everyone checked in and ticketed for the tour. The audio tour was well done, informative and paced just right, allowing for good viewing time and photos. The Parliament building is magnificent inside and out.     A 1-hour Danube river tour at sunset for a very good price. You see the main monuments on the banks of the Danube illuminated. Option to go under cover seated, or standing outside. The audio guide does not always switch on automatically when you are at the appropriate monument, and there could be outdoor seating for comfort. The indoor seating is quite uncomfortable as well.
