Très beau parcours dans le port de Hambourg. C'était très impressionnant de s'approcher de ces immenses bateaux à containers! Malheureusement je n'ai pas compris grand chose des commentaires du guide qui parlait très très vite en allemand, mais qui semblait vraiment mettre beaucoup d'énergie pour informer au mieux les passagers. Der Kapitän Matthias war sehr unterhaltsam. Die Zeit verging wie im Flug und wir haben viel Interssantes zur Vergangenheit und der Gegenwart von Hamburg während der gut einstündigen Fahrt mit einemr über 100 Jahre alten Schiff erfahren. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! DANKESCHÖN!

Die Fahrt war sehr schön und interessant. Der Schipper hat die Tour lustig und angenehm gestaltet. Für Essen an Bord wäre gar keine Zeit gewesen! Das Wetter hatte glücklicherweise mitgespielt!!

Die kenntnisreiche, informative und durchaus humorvolle, wenn auch nicht immer ganz treffsichere und gelegentlich altbackene Ehefrauen-Gags einflechtende Führung durch den Hafen hat sehr gefallen. Negativ und unverständlich die 30min verspätete Abfahrtszeit: Die Abfahrt war bei Buchung und in der App mit 15.30h angegeben, zu der man früher erscheinen sollte. Die Abfahrt erst 16Uhr, ohne das zu kommunizieren, ist nicht gut und wirkt unseriös.

The trip itself was amusing and interesting. The captain very professional and telling funny stories. The only issue I have is that; we were instructed by Headout to proceed to peer 6 at 14:00 hours to board the ship. When we came there at 13:55 it appeared the at peer 6 is only the office of the Barkassen-Meyer Touristik GmbH and we were immediatelly directed to run to peer 2 were the ship was waiting for us. We were just on time and a little out of breath when arriving to the ship.

It was a fine tour around the harbour, but - coming from Denmark, where we always translate everything to English - it was a little annoying that everything was in German

The passenger ships MS RIVER STAR and MS HAMBURG as well as the paddle wheeler MS LOUISIANA STAR can be accessed barrier-free via a gangway and have corresponding sanitary facilities. Due to the conditions on-site, no information can be provided in advance regarding the exact time the above ships are used in the harbor cruise (no fixed departure times).

The luxury barges, as well as the traditional barge, can not be accessed barrier-free.
