Our experience at Bali Zoo was absolutely wonderful and memorable in every way. We really enjoyed the incredible variety of animals throughout the zoo. It was a great opportunity to see so many different species up close and learn more about them. One of the highlights of our visit was the Behind the Closed Doors experience. It was unique, exciting, and made our visit even more special. We also absolutely loved the Capybara experience! Being able to get so close to the capybaras, feed them, and even enjoy a meal alongside them was such a fun and unforgettable experience. It was definitely one of our favorite moments at Bali Zoo. A special thank you to all the staff as well. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful, and always treated us with a smile. Their kindness and hospitality made the whole experience even better. Thank you to the entire Bali Zoo team for giving us such a beautiful experience and wonderful memories. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Bali, and we highly recommend visiting Bali Zoo, trying the Behind the Closed Doors experience, and spending some time with the adorable capybaras! ❤️

Fabulous day. Well organised at the brunch to ensure every family got private time with the capybaras. Good selection of food. Lots of optional interactive experiences at the zoo - some free, some additional costs. We were a little late arriving as there was a lot of traffic from Kuta and the arrival staff organised a golf buggy to take us straight over. Would highly recommend the whole experience. We did it in around 4 hours but could easily spend all day. We didn't take swimmers but I wish we had for the waterpark

Smooth pick up and drop off. Good music. Easy entry to the zoo. Very organised at Capy ineraction. Would have been good for little more time with capybaras and for food to be included. Photos also very expensive so we didn't get anything. Overall we had a great day at the zoo with lots of interactions with the animals.

Everything was arranged - hotel transfers, entry to zoo, capybara experience. The whole experience was seamless and customer service excellent. The zoo is one of the more spacious and easy to navigate I have been to. The animals all looked happy and in good condition.
