I must say my mood was low today as my return ticket was cancelled by my Airline as I had missed the first leg of my flight to Singapore. The entrance to Universal just seemed put me in a trance and forgot all the sorrows for the next five hours. My adrenaline had the best workout in years. Transformer, Battlestar Galactica, Ancient Egypt, Jurassic Park, Despicable Me all the rides just took me to a state of trance. The difference between reality and the constructed reality was never been this thin for me. Highly recommended for people of all ages and a must go for all the adrenaline seekers.

Buying the tickets from headout.com was seamless. The experience at the Universal Studios was even better. We loved the Lost World & Battlestar Galactica rides. My 7 year son enjoyed the most. But, keep a full day to enjoy all the attractions. I would recommend buying an express ticket, if you can. There is a large crowd, even on weekdays with long wait times. We reached early yet saw close to 60 minutes wait on all major attractions.

This visit made me and my family appreciate the fact that this world belongs not only to humans, rather these spicies are habitat of ths planet earlier than us. Very astonishing fact is that there are few jelly fish which are yet to identified basis their origin. So the name tag says that it's not yet recognised. Awesome is an understatement. Not only for kids but my mother an elderly is equally amazed.

All in all a great day. Everything is clean and mostly well organized. I take away 1 star because we bought our tickets on short notice and there were no more express passes available. Not everybody can book well in advance. Than more than once we had to wait 40mns+ to see empty seats on the attractions, that has to be better organized. The second star goes because of the food experience that wasn't very good. And also the overall prices are outrageous, especially in the shops, about double of those in internet shops.

You have 6 turnstiles to get in. Why close 3 of them? Some people are able to get inside without assistance. Open up all the turnstiles and let us scan our tickets and get in by ourselves. The content in the "new" sections were very underwhelming. New sections should follow the same format as having ramps... it was very troublesome having to get babies out of the stroller every time and the lifts installed are too small.

We had a great time in the Juraasic Park section early in the day. We suggest going when it opens and going straight to that section great way to start the day. The kids aged 5 and 7 enjoyed the Trolls show. Minnion Land was great. All the staff were freidnly and helpfull. The lines did get longer around lunch time.

Seat selection didn't work while booking tickets for wings of time show. Tried multiple times but didn't work. We were asked to get seat confirmation from the ticket counter. We had to wait in the queue and got it done. Please check this.

Keep in mind flammable materials, lithium batteries, motorized wheelchairs, electronic scooters, and helium balloons are not allowed in this experience. Pack wisely!

Smoking is prohibited inside the cable car.

Singapore Oceanarium

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for infant formula.

Motorised or wheeled mobility equipment such as skate-scooters, in-line skates, roller-blades, unicycles, Segways, bicycles, tricycles, and pull-trolleys are not permitted. Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs) are allowed subject to terms and conditions.

Guests wearing full-face masks, helmets, full face painting, or any headgear that hides the entire face will not be admitted.

Photography (without flash) and video recording are allowed inside the Singapore Oceanarium, but not inside the Marine Mammal Habitat.

Bags are subject to inspection before entry.

Accessibility

This experience is accessible by prams/strollers and wheelchairs.

Stroller and wheelchair rentals are available near the park entrance at a fee. The rented stroller and wheelchair can only be used within Universal Studios Singapore.

All restaurants, stores, toilets, lockers, and common areas are accessible to guests using wheelchairs.

Singapore Cable Car

This experience is accessible by wheelchairs and pram/strollers.

Guests using wheelchairs can alight at any cable car station, where lifts are provided for your convenience.

Singapore Oceanarium

All public areas at Singapore Oceanarium are wheelchair accessible.

Selected support areas are not wheelchair accessible due to stairs and a lack of ramps; access to these areas may be restricted for guests with mobility needs.

The capacity for each cable car cabin is limited to 8 guests.

The cable-car lines will be undergoing scheduled maintenance from the below dates:

Mount Faber Line: Closed from 8 September to 1 October 2025 (reopening on 2 October 2025)

Sentosa Line: Closed from 2 October to 20 October 2025 (reopening on 21 October 2025)

Singapore Oceanarium

Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent or legal guardian at all times. The allowable ratio is 1 adult to 3 children.

The experience is open to participants aged 4 and above. Exceptions may be made for children under 4 who can walk independently in support areas.

Proper attire must be worn at all times.

Hand stamp and ticket are required for same-day re-entry.
