My wife, my son, and I had a truly unforgettable day at Universal Studios Singapore. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, organization, and vibrant atmosphere throughout the park. The rides were thrilling yet family friendly, allowing us to enjoy every attraction together with excitement and comfort. Our son was overjoyed meeting his favorite characters and exploring the themed zones, which felt magical and immersive. The live shows were spectacular, full of energy and professionalism. Staff members were welcoming, helpful, and always smiling, which made everything even better. We shared laughter, adventure, and precious family moments. It was an amazing experience we will always cherish and highly recommend. We cannot wait to visit again very soon.

Floating above the harbor on the Singapore Cable Car feels less like transportation and more like a slow-motion postcard. It’s equal parts scenic and slightly daring, in the best way. If you’re heading to Sentosa anyway, skip the ordinary commute. Take the sky route. My girlfriend and I finally went to Universal Studios Singapore, something we had been looking forward to since planning our trip to Singapore in 2024. From the very first ride until the last one, which was the Red Roller Coaster in the Sci-Fi area, it was nonstop thrill, excitement, and unforgettable moments. Every ride was an amazing experience that we will always cherish. While the food was just as impressive. Everything we tried was excellent, from the Minions-shaped chili crab mantou to the Shrek waffle pancake, each one was tip-top and something we would definitely order again if we return in the future. Overall, we absolutely loved the experience and made memories that will never be forgotten.

The Oceanarium was great, beautiful, air conditioned and peaceful. The tanks were so large and all of the ocean life had plenty of space for the most part. It was clean and they seemed well cared for. The Gardens & Jurassic experience sucked, it was a tourist trap at best, it honestly was a let down. So many people. Go for the oceanarium but don't get the other ticket.

When you spend thousands of dollars for hotels, airfare tickets for 7 people and universal studios has three of the major attractions shut down for both days while we were there. It was just a whole kind of waste of trip.

Keep in mind flammable materials, lithium batteries, motorized wheelchairs, electronic scooters, and helium balloons are not allowed in this experience. Pack wisely!

Smoking is prohibited inside the cable car.

Singapore Oceanarium

Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for infant formula.

Motorised or wheeled mobility equipment such as skate-scooters, in-line skates, roller-blades, unicycles, Segways, bicycles, tricycles, and pull-trolleys are not permitted. Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs) are allowed subject to terms and conditions.

Guests wearing full-face masks, helmets, full face painting, or any headgear that hides the entire face will not be admitted.

Photography (without flash) and video recording are allowed inside the Singapore Oceanarium, but not inside the Marine Mammal Habitat.

Bags are subject to inspection before entry.

Accessibility

This experience is accessible by prams/strollers and wheelchairs.

Stroller and wheelchair rentals are available near the park entrance at a fee. The rented stroller and wheelchair can only be used within Universal Studios Singapore.

All restaurants, stores, toilets, lockers, and common areas are accessible to guests using wheelchairs.

Singapore Cable Car

This experience is accessible by wheelchairs and pram/strollers.

Guests using wheelchairs can alight at any cable car station, where lifts are provided for your convenience.

Singapore Oceanarium

All public areas at Singapore Oceanarium are wheelchair accessible.

Selected support areas are not wheelchair accessible due to stairs and a lack of ramps; access to these areas may be restricted for guests with mobility needs.

For the safety of all guests, crutches, strollers, and electric mobility devices are not permitted in support areas.

The capacity for each cable car cabin is limited to 8 guests.

The cable-car lines will be undergoing scheduled maintenance from the below dates:

Mount Faber Line: Closed from 8 September to 1 October 2025 (reopening on 2 October 2025)

Sentosa Line: Closed from 2 October to 20 October 2025 (reopening on 21 October 2025)

Singapore Oceanarium

Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent or legal guardian at all times. The allowable ratio is 1 adult to 3 children.

The experience is open to participants aged 4 and above. Exceptions may be made for children under 4 who can walk independently in support areas.

Proper attire must be worn at all times.

Hand stamp and ticket are required for same-day re-entry.

Seats are subjected to availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Kindly ensure that your selected date of visit is within the validity period of your ticket purchase.
