My experience with Headout was seamless from start to finish. What really stood out was how user-friendly the booking process was—I had my tickets in seconds without any of the usual stress. The instant confirmation and clear instructions made navigating the venue a breeze. It’s rare to find a service that combines such great value with reliable customer support, making the whole outing feel truly special and hassle-free!" Super easy to buy the tickets, entry was super smooth, rides were great and the park has been made in such a manner that it can enjoyed by young ones to teens to adults and aged people as well. Disappointed to see a lot of rides and shows not in operation the way I have seen it earlier. Nevertheless it is always satisfying to return

Both Universal and Cable Cars were great experiences. Universal had some great attractions, though it was disappointing that three major ones were closed. Cable Car was a definate highlight.

Waiting for rollervoaster times announcements were inaccurate. When we entered the queue it was announced 1:20 hours. But we stood 2 hours. We received the tickets as gifts, and the tickets included lunch. It wasnt clear where/ how to get this lunch. Workers did not know either.

Try to reach by 9:00, so that you can take enough photos of universal studios globe and queue on time as even on weekdays,if u reach by 11 also, the wait time for the rides could upto 70 mins. Then again the wait time for rides reduces post lunch.start with cyclone and human rollercoaster ride and then sci fi city. Also must visit- minion ride in minion land- super worth it.

Really great experience! We loved exploring Universal studio. There were some adrenaline rush activities which were insanely crazy good. We bought express pass which helped us in skipping 30-40 mins of time in each ride. If you're going on weekends or on public holidays then I would recommend purchasing express pass also from headout.

Universal Studios Singapore was nothing short of an unforgettable experience! Every corner of the park felt alive with energy, excitement, and nostalgia. The adrenaline rush from the roller coasters had me screaming and laughing all at once, while the Mummy ride delivered the perfect mix of thrill and surprise. One of the most wholesome moments was dancing with the Minions and meeting my favorite characters, which truly brought out my inner child. What made the day even smoother was how effortlessly everything came together right from the start. Booking the tickets online with Headout was simple and convenient, and the entire entry process into the park felt quick and hassle-free. The added perks and overall ease of planning made a noticeable difference, allowing me to focus purely on enjoying the experience. It was a day full of excitement, joy, and memories I’d happily relive.
