You have to use the restrooms — they are an experience in themselves. The only downside is the entrance, as it is a bit confusing when you arrive. Without these security scanning people can abused the entrance especially nowadays, there's a big changes in London after 25 years, I've been in this Building since 2015 and there's no scanning security that time. Just wanted to say that I would have liked to go on the top floor which is for staff just to see the view from the top. Staff were friendly. I did have my tickets that were not scanning and I had to go to upstairs ticket office to get them reprinted. This took alot of their time but I managed to get it done. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Beautiful view.
