From start to finish, from booking to to finding where the experience begins the process was smooth, with clear instructions. The safety brief, checks, the use of equipment , the dos and don't were clear, precise and easy to follow. The climb was amazing, the views spectacular. An experience that will never be forgotten, made special by Bones, our guide. His patience, knowledge and understanding the group was calming and made the experience enjoyable. An experience I definitely would recommend.

Our visit to the shard was really good. It was my husbands birthday so it was nice to have the champagne package! I was a little concerned we would not see many landmarks due to very cloudy/ foggy weather, however we were pleasantly surprised and saw much more than expected!. It was also nice that when we went it was not overcrowded, however they could with more seating. The staff are lovely and we would love to come back for an evening experience with the city of london lit up at night!

Our guide Lily was fun, knowledgeable and reassuring, talking us through the whole process and making sure we were safe and having a great time. My daughter (13) and I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who would like to see some great views, with a little challenge along the way!

The visit is easy to do, with a good arrival and welcome. The staff was very attentive. It's a self-guided tour but very well organized. The building and surroundings are very modern and architecturally interesting. The only drawback was the weather: visibility wasn't good, the sky was overcast, and it wasn't very impressive. They gave us a ticket that can be used throughout 2026. Since we're visiting London for a week, we'll try again.

No line, but a great view! Too bad the second floor was closed; check that out. Because of that, it was a bit crowded and there was no place to grab a drink, unfortunately. Thanks to the beautiful weather, the view was phenomenal! We walked from Tower Bridge to The Shard. It was a really nice walk along the water, too! Highly recommended

The Shard is easily one of the most iconic landmarks in London and a must-visit if you want to experience the city from a completely different perspective. 🏙️ The building itself is stunning — its glass design looks incredible both during the day and when it lights up at night. The highlight is definitely The View from The Shard. From the top floors, you get breathtaking 360° views of London, and on a clear day you can see for miles. Spotting landmarks like the Thames, Tower Bridge, and St Paul’s from above is an amazing experience. 📸 The atmosphere inside is modern and well organised. The lifts are very fast and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are also bars and restaurants where you can enjoy drinks or food while taking in the view, which makes the visit feel even more special. 🍸 The only downside is that tickets and dining can be quite expensive, so it might not be something you do regularly. However, for a special occasion or for visitors seeing London for the first time, it’s absolutely worth it.

I recently visited The View from The Shard, and it was honestly one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had in London. From the moment I stepped into the high-speed lift, there was a real sense of anticipation, and within seconds, I was looking out over the entire city. The views are absolutely breathtaking. You can see iconic landmarks like the London Eye, Tower Bridge, and St Paul’s Cathedral stretching out in every direction. Whether you go during the day, at sunset, or at night, each offers something completely different, but equally special. I went in the evening, and seeing London lit up was incredible. The atmosphere was calm and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. There’s also a bar at the top, which makes it easy to relax, take your time, and really soak in the view. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city , or even locals who want to experience something unforgettable.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Large bags and backpacks, over the size of 22 x 15 x 8 inches (55 x 38 x 20cm), or other large equipment are not allowed

Up at The O2

Safety is a priority, so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 8 years, under the height of 1.2m, and over the weight of 21 stone/130kg/286lbs.

The maximum measurements required are a waist measurement of 125cm and a maximum upper thigh measurement of 75cm.

Note: Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the ratios: ages 8 to 17 – 1 adult to 5 minors.

Up at The O2 is not suitable for pregnant women.

Climbers must not be under the influence of alcohol or legal or illegal substances: You will not be permitted to participate and will not be refunded.
