Such a beautiful experience. Our family were exhausted on the day I had originally booked for but thankfully the tickets were flexible so we were able to attend the flyer a few days later. The view is beyond stunning, the capsules are comfortably airconditioned and spacious, and the ride is the perfect amount of time to see and experience Singapore's views. We went in the evening, the queues were minimal, & the time capsule before entering is fun and interactive for kids and adults alike. I would have loved the photo taken by the attraction but S$75 or $85AUD was extremely overpriced compared to many other attractions in the area. No worry though fellow tourists are always around to help out with photos. Don't visit Singapore without doing the flyer.

Great experience!! The Night Safari in Singapore is a truly unique and memorable experience. What we were able to see at the Gardens by the Bay were beautiful. However, when I purchased the tickets for the Cloud dome, the Flower dome and the observation deck, times were not very clear. The ticket stated the ticket was available until 9:00pm. We arrived at 7:30 visited the cloud dome and tried to visit the observatory deck to see the light show, only to be informed that it closed at 4:00. So I asked to go to the bridge instead and was denied. 😡 We then tried to go to the Flower Dome only to be informed that it was also closed. So even though we bought tickets for 3 attractions, we only saw 1. Very very disappointing!!! Read ALL small print before buying!!!

Tickets were easy entry and it was well organized. It was great to go in the evening and if you go, get on the little tram, it's the best part. The zoo itself could use bigger spaces for the animals and more attendants to ensure people aren't so loud. Lots of screaming and loud yelling in areas where you could walk through the animals around you. It was nice to have the opportunity to walk among bats and wallaby's but it could have been a bit nicer for them. All in all it was positive but it could have been better for the animals.

We arrived just after opening on a Sunday. no queues as I had pre purchased digital tickets on line. Not too crowded. I was pleasantly surprised that the temperature in the cloud forest and flower dome was comfortable due to climate control. We paid extra to go on sky walk in super trees. A great experience. Got some fantastic photos a great visit would recommend. Good cafes and refreshments available. Fair prices.

It was so easy using the QR code for all three attractions and better value than buying at the venue. All three were fantastic! Not to be missed for anyone travelling to Singapore. The view from the observation tower was phenomenal!

I loved all the colourful flowers from different regons and the decorated horses for chinese new year. I never really appreciates Daliahs before and the were so many varieties. Also loved the orchids and flowering trees.

Bring along a water bottle, an umbrella, and mosquito repellant.

It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and comfortable shoes as the tour involves a fair amount of walking.

Accessibility

Night Safari

Strollers and wheelchairs are available at the venue for toddlers and individuals with impaired movement.

Wheelchairs are available free of charge, and a small rental charge applies for strollers.

Lockers are available at the venue to store your personal belongings at a small rental fee.

Night Safari also provides other guest facilities such as nursing rooms and first-aid stations.

Once you receive the ticket, please secure your preferred date and time slot in advance before visiting the parks from the below link here.

Upon confirmation of date/time via the link, there is no change of timeslot upon e-ticket with barcode being issued.

Please arrive no later than 45 minutes from the above-selected time. If the park’s capacity has been reached, you may be required to wait till there is availability.

Identification may be required upon redemption.

Night safari tram ride arrives every 15 minutes from the entrance and can take up to 60 persons in each Tram.

Guests must not leave the amphitheater while the presentation is going on.
