It was great, for the most part. I was disappointed though, that it was not made clear that we would also require specific Christmas Wonderland tickets to access the Skytree Observatory, which we did purchase tickets for. To add insult to injury, when trying to purchase said Christmas Wonderland tickets at access point, internet/wifi was inadequate so we needed to go to actual ticket booth. After hanging around Gardens by the Bay for most of the afternoon, waiting for dark to go to Skytree observatory, bundled with the heat, we didn't bother. Put a bad end to what was an otherwise wonderful experience. It was disappointing to say the least.

Loved the cloud dome the most amazing beautiful plants flowers and environment. The tour was well organised and problems free. The flower dome also had beautiful flowers but the Xmas decorations made it commercial but get that the tour is for all ages and the children were enjoying that. The view from the super tree observatory was amazing but sadly for us the skies opened and it poured at the exact moment we were up there but nature at its best

Would highly recommend! A fantastic day out exploring and experiencing an incredible variety of the world’s natural flora all in one place. The highlight for us was definitely the Jurassic World experience in the Cloud Forest — getting up close to the amazingly lifelike animatronic dinosaurs was unforgettable. To top it all off, we enjoyed breathtaking views of Singapore’s stunning skyline from the top of the Supertree.

Really enjoyed the trip to Cloud Forest, Flower dome and Supertree groove. Cloud Forest is a fun filled experience for kids and my son really enjoyed the dinosaur displays. Flower Dome had a beautiful didplay of flowers and special attraction were the toy trains on display. Supertree groove gave a beautiful aerial view of the gardens and the bay. A must visit with family at Gardens by the Bay.

Gardens by the Bay was a wonderful experience, especially as I visited over Christmas and waited until the evening to watch the light shows. The grounds were decorated for Christmas and the light shows with background music were impressive. I can only recommend a visit.

A Prehistoric Oasis in the Heart of the City! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visiting Gardens by the Bay with this combo ticket was easily the highlight of my Singapore trip. The Cloud Forest was transformed into an incredible Jurassic World Experience; seeing the 8.5-meter-tall Brachiosaurus nestled amongst the mist and the iconic 35-meter indoor waterfall felt like stepping directly onto the set of the movies. The animatronics are top-tier, and the "petting zoo" with baby dinosaurs is a total hit for families. The Flower Dome offered a stunning contrast—a massive, climate-controlled "perpetual spring" with vibrant displays from around the world. Since the exhibits change seasonally, there’s always something new and "Instagrammable" to find. To top it all off, the Supertree Observatory provided the best panoramic views of the Marina Bay Sands and the city skyline. Looking down at the glowing Gardens during sunset was breathtaking.

What to bring

Night Safari

Bring along a water bottle, an umbrella, and mosquito repellant.

It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes and comfortable shoes as the tour involves a fair amount of walking.

Accessibility

Night Safari

Strollers and wheelchairs are available at the venue for toddlers and individuals with impaired movement.

Wheelchairs are available free of charge, and a small rental charge applies for strollers.

Lockers are available at the venue to store your personal belongings at a small rental fee.

Night Safari also provides other guest facilities such as nursing rooms and first-aid stations.

Night Safari

Once you receive the ticket, please secure your preferred date and time slot in advance before visiting the parks from the below link here.

Upon confirmation of date/time via the link, there is no change of timeslot upon e-ticket with barcode being issued.

Please arrive no later than 45 minutes from the above-selected time. If the park’s capacity has been reached, you may be required to wait till there is availability.

Identification may be required upon redemption.

Night safari tram ride arrives every 15 minutes from the entrance and can take up to 60 persons in each Tram.

Guests must not leave the amphitheater while the presentation is going on.

Although OCBC Skywalk entry is not included with these tickets, entry can be purchased for 8 SGD (cash only) at the ticketing hub or near the entrance to the OCBC Skywalk.
