• Most of the venue is accessible by wheelchair.

• Lifts are available at Ocean Dome along the back of the Ocean Gallery for easy access.

• The back-of-house area is not accessible by wheelchairs, crutches, or prams/strollers.

• Wheelchairs are available for rental at the Level 1 Guest Services Counter by registering your name, contact number, and paying SGD 15 for the rental.

Universal Studios Singapore

• The venue is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Adventure Cove Water Park

• The water park is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs are available for rent at the park entrance on a first-come, first-served basis.

Harry Potter: Visions of Magic

• This experience is accessible by wheelchairs.

• Guests with sensory sensitivities should note that this experience features background music, flashing lights, fog, motion-activated sound and video, and other media elements.

Singapore Cable Car Sky Pass

• Be sure to book a timeslot in advance to enter at your preferred time, as you may be asked to return later if the venue is at full capacity.

• The credit voucher is for one-time use only, redeemable in a single transaction. It cannot be stacked, and any unused amount will be forfeited.

• The ticket grants one cup of Butterbeer (while stocks last) or $10 off retail, photo, or F&B purchases. Redemption needs to be made on the same day of visit, within the regular opening hours.

• Cable Car Sky Pass, Mount Faber Line, and Faber Licence ticket holders can upgrade one-way of their round trip to a SkyOrb Cabin for $15 at Mount Faber counters or online.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Please display the same at each ticket redemption point along with a valid photo ID.
