Visiting St. Peter’s Basilica was an unforgettable experience. I was struck by the sheer scale and beauty of the architecture, from the towering dome to the intricate details in every corner. St. Peter's Basilica is impressive and well worth a visit. The audio guide is really well made. The rest, unfortunately, was a bit questionable. Nobody showed up at the agreed meeting point. Instead, the ticket was just sent to our phone. We had no idea where to go. Communication was handled via WhatsApp. The "no-wait" entry still took quite some time. There was nobody there to explain anything in advance. The audio guide finally started at the entrance portal. From that point on, we were satisfied. The guide mentioned the crypt, but we weren't allowed in there with our tickets. By the way, admission to St. Peter's Basilica is free.

Easy booking, and then we received a WhatsApp message the day before our visit with the tickets and clear explanations: it was perfect. However, I think our quick and smooth entry was more due to the chosen time (9:00 AM) than the system itself. The audio guide, although only in English (we would have liked a French version), is well done and easy to follow (even though I didn't use all the features). Overall, a very satisfying experience.

St. Peter's Basilica was extraordinary. The audio- guided tour was very helpful and guided us through, giving good informative details about the history and points of interest. It was easy to follow the instructions and allowed us to move at a comfortable pace. The only drawback was the inability to ask more questions or clarify information.
