A very kind staff member helped us out—in no time at all, she connected us to the park’s Wi-Fi, so we downloaded the tickets and got in quickly. It’s a wonderful park; we strolled around easily and leisurely, admiring every piece of art. We’ll definitely be back ❤️

The guide was actually perfect it was one of those with an ear clippy thing so it doesn't have to be too loud or you can turn it up if hard of hearing.the guide gave fun facts as we went and it was a nice slow pace so it wasn't rushed. He actually had a good sense of humour. Definitely worth doing the tour as he provided added incite such as the water collection system.

Fast entry, really nice guide, a lot of time to explore the park by yourself. It's worth that you walk in the group with earphones, so it's easy to hear the guide even there is a lot of people. We came early, so they putted us in an earlier group, so we didn't need to wait for 30 min. for our own group. Thanks for that 😊👍

Everything was perfect at Park Güell, except that it wasn't clear that a second ticket was required to visit the house inside. At Casa Batlló, crowd control and queue management weren't very efficient. At 5:30 p.m., the time on our ticket, people who were supposed to enter at 5:00 p.m. were still waiting in line.

Alberto is undoubtedly an excellent guide and provided a very enjoyable tour of the park. I found the park beautiful and its history fascinating. I was sorry I couldn't see everything, as I had to return to catch my flight back to Portugal.
