In spite of a slight rain, we enjoyed the trip and the experience and excitement of waiting to watch the little penguins to arrive, was a rare sight to watch them gather into groups before they crossed the beach to enter the grassy area to their burrows. Thereafter when we started walking back to the visitors centre we watched the penguins along the way , was great watching them walk along. We were even given free downloads of the photos and videos of the parade, which we will cherish for a very long time long time. The only drawback was the slight drizzle, and the wet seats, which was beyond the organisers control. Otherwise a great trip

The event itself was great. The host and organisers obviously take their work seriously and care about the wildlife and all money from tickets goes to preservation and research efforts. However, there are too many people and many guests are taking photos and videos even after they've been explicitly asked not to multiple times. It all just seems a little bit too much activity for the penguins when they are just trying to get home. I think limiting the amount of people would be a good idea.

The staff were super friendly and informative and had a real passion for the penguins. We also had a lovely chat with a team member about the bandicoot we saw and received loads of information about them. The downloadable photos and videos are a great idea as you can't take your own I thought that was a nice touch. So much care is taken to look after the penguins and make sure they feel safe while arriving, it was really special to see. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Penguin Parade was excellent - wide walkways and clear instructions from friendly and helpful staff - who were plentiful and easy to identify. Experience slightly negative from the patrons who consistently continued to take photos despits information and best efforts from staff. Maybe it needs to be a no phone/ no camera entry to the parade so the evening can be enjoyed by all, in the moment, rather than jumping up to take photos. Never enough women's toilets

My friend from Canada had seeing Litlte Penguins on her bucket list and she was not disappointed! We drove from Melbourne, had a great seat and watched them roll in. Then on the way up the hill she got to almost stand beside two who were waddling up the hill. You wish you could bottle the glee she had. She gave the trip 1000/10. All the staff was kind and we even enjoyed the light rain, the sun on the hills and the glorious rainbow before the sun went down.

Our visit to the Phillip Island Penguin Parade was wonderfully memorable. Having arrived early we found there was a lot to learn about these amazing little birds and the information centre was well organised to educate us. The staff were caring and clear in their directions, the boardwalks were well set out to give maximum penguin viewing without interference with them. The whole experience was a wonderful experience which we will be a memory of joy.

Today we visited the beautiful Penguin Parade, and it was such a memorable experience for our family. Even though the weather was a little rainy and cool, it actually made the evening feel more special and magical. The whole area is very well organised and easy to walk around. The staff and rangers were friendly and helpful, guiding visitors and explaining how to respect the penguins and their natural habitat. The viewing areas were comfortable, and everything felt very well managed. The best part was, of course, watching the little penguins come out of the ocean and walk across the beach to their burrows. Seeing these tiny penguins waddling in groups was absolutely adorable. Even in the light rain, they kept coming, and everyone around us was so excited and happy. It felt like a very unique moment in nature. We also appreciated how much care is taken to protect the penguins and the environment. The rules about no photography and keeping quiet help make sure the penguins feel safe, which is very important. Despite the rainy weather, the experience was peaceful, beautiful, and unforgettable. Sometimes the rain even added to the atmosphere, making the evening feel calm and natural. Overall, it was a wonderful family outing and something we would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Victoria. If you love wildlife and nature, the Penguin Parade is truly a must-see experience. 🐧🌧️✨

Second time visiting now our kids are older and again we were not disappointed. Such a great, seamless experience, from booking, easy parking, line moves quickly when checking in etc. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell they truly care about the work they are doing. We personally found this time of year (March) better than our last visit in October (2022) weatherwise. And the peguins came up on shore just before dark so everyone was stoked. Bonus was seeing a seal too! Was also super impressed at all the staff telling people to put their cameras/phones away (I'd read a few reviews prior to booking that people were doing it anyway but staff were all over it!) And it did make the experience more enjoyable. Well done and thanks for a magical evening. Two very happy little girls! (And adults!)

The penguin parade is a good wildlife conservation. My star rating was for the misleading information. We got told to sit far left , far left and your get to see the penguins but this is not a controllable factor. The penguins decided that on this night we was only going to see them as dots. The right stairs and right seats got much better views. However once you enter the board walk you all get equal opportunities to see them. Also please bare in mind that when you buy your tickets you are not allowed to take photos or record. Even without flash. This is not mentioned clearly anywhere. Also can staff look more into the kids and adults who was throwing sand at the poor sea gulls.
